Bad service one time I went to the store I bought shorts and they didnt even have change the other time I went I asked if they still had a pair of shoes I wanted they said they were out of stock while I was walking out I saw a boy trying on the exact pair of shoes then some other girls didnt believe us when we were trying to return shoes and they asked if they were from the store even tho we had the bag and the receipt with the name of the store.

This is true craftsmanship like you won’t find in other places.

I walked into your shoe palace location today in Claremont CA. The Service I got was Amazing! I really would like to give credit where credit is due! MGR On Duty Jennifer, & Associate Dajanae, went out of their way to help assist me. They showed me a few different new styles, & offered some shoe care products as well. But their Customer Service was A 10+! Just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to them & I will definitely be back, & refer my friends and family as well. Terrible service, some of the employees are rude and have poor customer service skills. Management needs to step it up and hire people that speak properly.

I cant believe I saw FAKE JORDANS there!!!!!!!!!! I told manager they said oh no its a team Jordan shoe thats why the Jordan symbol is missing a foot and is facing oposite direction....Normally i wouldnt say nothing but come On now....some familys pay alot of hard earned money...for Fake Jordans...lololll..AT LEAST GET IT CLOSE TO ORIGINAL........😃 p.s..I got pics so dont make exuses...Its not emplyees fault it whoever owns that spots Fault!!!
