Faraj set up my wifes new phone after her old phones screen got smashed. A few days later I bought a used phone there and got the same great service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Porting the phone number from the old carrier was not easy but Faraj stuck with it and got it to work. He is the kind of guy you will always be confident doing business with.

I’ve used their services before and recently had them replace the back side of my friend’s iPhone 8 Plus that was completely cracked, Ada was super helpful and responsive. I spilled a cup of water all over my MacBook when it was on... it immediately turned off. I brought it to Faraj and he told me it was unlikely it would turn back on bc of the corrosion that had occurred and all of the water that was in it. He opened it up and dried it as I was still there — he tried to turn it on and it showed the battery dead signal which was a good sign! He told me to leave it nice night and he would take it completely apart and make sure everything was okay. Called me the next evening to pick it up — it works perfectly! I have had 0 issues with it! I am so happy and so incredibly grateful!!! He saved me over a thousand dollars I would have had to spend on a new computer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Worth every dollar.

I would definitely recommend going to this place. I recently took my daughters Samsung Galaxy 8 plus here to be repaired. The screen was totally cracked up. It looked like a tractor trailer had ran over it,backed up and ran over it again! Although the cost was very pricey. He did explain to me that Samsung phones arent cheap to fix. After getting the price from him I did go to about 3 more stores to get a estimate. The prices were the same or more so I did decide to go back to this place. Reason being he was the one who explained to me why the price was so high. Its been about 3 weeks now havent had any issues with the phone the phone is working great! My daughter is happy! He was very informative very honest and very friendly worked at a decent pace to get back the phone to me so I would highly recommend this place for anyone in this area who needs a phone or any other Repair that he can do!

Beware, I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this store for iPhone repairs. I bough a phone in for a cracked screen and it cost $80, One hour later then phone fell from a couch to a soft carpet and a crack appeared in the new glass. I looked for the owner to fix this as clearly the work he did was not good enough, and he completely refused and hung up the phone on me. Bring your phone somewhere else to get this fixed. The owner also said This happens all the time, we dont guarantee the screen so obviously this is not a place you want to trust with your phone or any electronic device.

I want to spend a couple of mins in highlighting what a genuine professional Mr. Faraj is! I went to his shop to get my Galaxy Note 10+ repaired and he was an absolute delight to deal with. It took him a day to replace the lcd (that is expected), but when I requested that if he can get that done the same day, as my work was dependent on it - he made every effort to repair the phone even after the shop was closed (7PM) and then called me to pick up the phone at 9PM. This displays true professionalism which is really rare to find in this sector (as you normally go by whatever the phone repair shop is telling you!) 5+ experience.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed a screen repaired on an iPhone 6s that I was fixing for my grandmother, so I took it here. It was fixed in 20 - 30 mins. Later that day, upon turning it on I realized it was stuck in a loop where it would not fully power on, so I took it back. The rep was pretty cool about it and got it working. It turned out that the phone was in DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode. He reset and updated the phone free of charge! Awesome service at a great price!

Owner did not wear face mask the entire time I was in the store and handled my phone without using gloves or disinfectant. Poor repair quality that broke after using for a few hours. The store tried to charge me again to fix their defective repair, does not guarantee their work/products or care about local customers.The defective iPhone screen would not register touch/sensitivity, and the repair screen popped out of the phone. The screen cracked in numerous places. The iPhone had a protective screen cover and case on it when this occurred. This business is selling damaged and defective products.

I went in today to fix my totally destroyed screen and they were able to have it replaced in 15 minutes. The guy was super friendly and gave me a case, glass screen protector, and replaced the screen for a very good price. Definitely recommend going here. Very reliable.

The battery in my Galaxy S6 was dying (would drop from 25% to 0% in under 5 minutes ...), so I originally bought a battery from Amazon to replace it myself. Unfortunately, battery replacement for S6 is unusually difficult (you have to soften the adhesive on the back panel with a heat gun, carefully pry off, then remove over 10 micro screws and more), so I went to this store so they could install the battery for me. They agreed to do the job for $ 30. I thought the price was very reasonable for about 45 minutes of skilled labor and they completed the job with no hassle and without damaging the phone. They also let me use their supplies for free to clean the phone after the job was done. Very good service and would recommend.

I love this place. Its a family business and they definitely had opportunities to charge me for more, but they didnt. After replacing a battery I came back in because my phone wasnt making outgoing calls. He took my antennae out and put it back in and it started working. He couldve easily charged me for a new antenna but did not and did not charge me for that extra time. Really friendly people; great small business. I highly recommend.

My advice: go there first and get it done right!I came with hat in hand, after attempting to replace the broken screen on my (Android) LG G5 myself and ending up with a dead phone.They fixed it in a day with a new screen, the phone woke up, and it now works perfectly.(My ego, however, is another story.)They also charged less than other gadget repair shops Ive gotten quotes from in the past.Highly recommended!

Took my wifes IPhone 5S here for a lifted screen. The techs quickly diagnosed what caused the issue, which was the battery. In 20 minutes the battery was installed and we were on our way home. The price was lower than what was quoted by email. Great customer service.

Terrible service and a total rip off. Scam artists! Do not waste your time or money here. They gave us a defective phone screen, which did not detect any touch and popped back out one day after being put into the phone, and developed 4 cracks within 24 hours without being dropped once.They refused to give us a new screen or a refund despite telling us that there was a lifetime warranty before purchase. They acted like we were lying about the condition of the phone and what had happened to us. The clerk got increasingly more sassy and developed an attitude with us as we tried to explain to her what had happened-- that the screen POPPED OUT of the phone less than 24 hours after they had repaired it, and then developed random cracks without being dropped our squeezed at all.She tried to blame the cracks on the phone itself, saying that my model of phone (iPhone 6s) is defective when it comes to screens and bends. That is ridiculous. On top of that, we waited almost half an hour to be recognized standing in the shop with only one person in front of us and three workers behind the counter.Total highway robbery. Do not waste money here. Any place that gives warranties and then rebukes them is not worth the time. They sell every product as is and then lie about having a warranty, and if you bring back the product when you discover it is defective, they accuse you of dropping it and lying about it. I even overheard the clerks talking to each other saying customers do it all the time. They buy from us, drop the product and then claim they bought it broken. Im calling BULL. This place needs to be reported to the better business bureau and SHUT DOWN.

After a week of my phone not turning on and dreading that I would have to buy a new phone, I started considering my options. I did not have the money for a new phone so did not even go to the Apple Store. I went to the Verizon store on Rte 3 in Clifton and they were sweet but could not get my phone to turn on. The options they provided were all a couple hundred dollars. They recommended trying a phone repair store.Faraj was not sure they could help because the phone was bent on the top. Because I would be no better off if it did not work, I said yes to replacing the battery. $32.09 later I was a very happy customer!!!

Had a crack on my Honor 8, got the screen fixed, and the screen died after a week. They fixed it again and since the battery was draining they even put a new one in. All of this with no extra charge. I would have just kept the cracked screen though if I had know how much Hassel it was to fix. But overallFaraj Enterprise did more than they had to do.

Terrible Service. Would not recommend. The people are very rude and inconsiderate. They are always trying to get over on people. For example I went to the store with a cracked iPhone 8 hoping to get it fixed. After leaving it for an hour or so and returning I come back to pick it up. It costed $175 dollars. A month later when I tried to sell the phone back to Sprint ( where I got it from) they said I had a iPhone 5 camera and iPhone 4 home button switched into my device. Terrible people do not go here

Very sad to be honest. Went to have my screen replaced and my phone has not worked right since. They used a cheap $3 screen from China and charged me the same price as apple. Plus is smells like they sacrifice goats in there. I will not be back to there establishmentJohn

Went to the store for a prepaid phone and was exactly what i expected. They provide you with a iphone with unlimited prepaid monthly plan. I couldnt get it connected that same day due to the carriers fault and it was Saturday. The guy jimmy tried to get me another carrier on Sunday but since i already committed to another carrier i had to wait till Monday. Monday morning it was resolved and connected. His 24/7 sms text messaging is effective as he replies back and tries to help u out as much as he can. I suggest this service if you need a quick phone for the meanwhile or u need a carrier if you pay too much for your contract...
