Terrific staff-- smart and courteous!

Love, love, love this location. Always so helpful and knowledgable. I have several Tmobile stores in my area, but I drive to this one just bc of the quality customer service. BTW Jason is always amazing.

I went in to this location to ask questions and how is the process to switch from Verizon, Mohammad took a really good care of me, he is very knowledgeable and polite explained everything from A to Z and he was able to give me a good promotions on all of my lines, i walked out with 4 brand new phone with all of our information transferred from the old phones, he thanked us for our business and give us a goodies bag, i got my first bill from t mobile and it is exactly what he told me it would be..i highly recommend this location

I went to this Montclair location based on the 5-star reviews, and was not disappointed. I only wish I could give 10 stars!I came in as a brand new client who wanted to move carriers, and the service was excellent. Mohammad (the owner/manager) took care of me and went above and beyond to find the best deal and get my account squared away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.My new iPhone was also received in the middle of their mandatory shutdown, and he made sure that I got it before the store closed indefinitely; I would have had to wait for my phone forever or who knows. Please give him and his team some props and come to this store to buy your phone or get assistance — will take the best care of you! I highly recommend T-Mobile Montclair to anyone I know. Thank You Mohammad!

My text messages started crashing over the weekend. I went to another T-Mobile store and they reset phone. However the App began crashing again. I just left the store at 555 Bloomfield Ave in Montclair a happy customer! Yuri was able to show me a compatible app in which I would not have to reload my contacts. She was also very patient explaining tablets to me. When I make my next purchase, I will be sure to return to this store and hope Yuri is working that day!

This is my go to T-Mobile store. I have always had great experiences and left with all questions answered and problems resolved quickly and efficiently . I have to mention Lexi and Yuri, they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient. Worst store for service I have ever been to.Do yourself a favor and find a good quality stores to shop in since your phone is an expensive device and why risk it to nonprofessionals

My son and I went to the store to get him a new iPhone. Upon arriving, Yuri assisted us with the purchase, and setting up the new device. Yuri sas helpful and professional. Theres car parking behind the store, but you need to feed the parking meter.

Amazing customer service...staff was extremely nice and very helpful when me and my wife switched from Verizon...we were helped by Mo who was so friendly and very knowledgeable about all products and services...He was very patient and explained all the details regarding t-mobile services and promotions...We ended Up saving $130 each month with more data for me and my wife in our monthly bill.Highly recommended

I went to this kiosk yesterday in the Willow brook mall to trade my LG V10 in for a LG V30. The gentlemen were very helpful. They also helped me get a free ZTE smartwatch. However, that where my nightmare began. Instead of introducing my cell phone number into the SIM card, they introduced my brothers. I did not learn of this till 3 hours later when I received phone calls intended for my brother in North Carolina. I had to rush to another T-Mobile store, late for work to have the issue fixed. Both me and my brother had to go to separate stores in separate states to have this screw up fixed. This was complete absentmindedness on the part of the employees there. I suggest you go elsewhere for T-Mobile help. The Store in Montclair on Bloomfield Ave was most helpful in solving the screw up, at least on my end. They apologized and waived all fees for the new SIM card. They fixed everything in about 10 minutes in comparison to the almost two hours spent at Willowbrook

I went there to change my line plan and they guys there were very friendly and they changed it really quick!
