Good place to get games. Manager is knowledgeable. I tend to go to this one even tho its not the closest to me.

My kids love it here...Plus the staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to gaming.

Good selection of games onPS4 and XboxOne. Surprised to see games for Xbox 360 and PS3. I was not expecting too much variety on POP and they dont. Great customer service, friendly. Too bad inflation has increased prices to ridiculousness.

This was by far the best customer service experience ive had at a store in forever, Thomas was soo friendly, goofy and was making us laugh our whole time shopping, ill definitely make the drive across town to come to this game stop specifically.

Been bringing my kids here since they were little they always have the right amount of help never too much of a line always have the latest hottest games great staff

I like going to the one in Montclair with my daughter the people are very Pleasant and patient they have everything you need and want and if they dont have it they can get it for you they can either ship it to your home address or you can pick it up at GameStop.

Everyone at this location is so friendly!!I love how excited they get whenever we ask about certain games, they have no problem breaking down the pros and cons. My daughters (4 and 9) always ask a lot of random questions and the guys here are always patientand try to answer their questions with lots of details.I live in upland but this location Is definitely worth the drive.

Theyre getting rid of all the classic system stuff. No more Gameboy games or other legacy stuff... Get rid of some of the junk that isnt games to make room for.... Games!

Came in to but a Nintendo switch. I was being helped but the female associate asked if she could help a customer real quick. I agreed but she just kept helping the other customers so I came across the street to buy it at Best Buy..... bad news smh

The game stop here probably has the best knowledgeable staff for all games. You can buy games on Amazon but if you need a recommendation this game stop in particular is the one you want.

Good place to get your hands on used equipment and games quickly. Prices for new things are in the high side so consider for convenience only. It is nice to have more items related to the gaming culture provided the new Think Geek ownership. Pricing and price tag information may be a little confusing, ask before buying if there are any questions on promotions. Also remember that the initial price provided when your purchase its totalled may include protection plans and other warranty services that can be declined.I would not recommend selling them any equipment or games, their but back prices are shamefully low, but understandable due to business overhead costs.Staff at this location are friendly and helpful in all my interactions.

If you need detailed game or collectibles info, this is one of a few of GameStops stores that can deliver! Thomas knows his stuff and makes sure you get the right info, games, accessories, etc! Pure joy!

Thomas Store leader is TRASH. So rude. Pulled the 3rd customer in line when we were first for no reason. Was super condescending about a product that he said doesnt exist when it does they just dont carry it. Some leader teaching his employees how to be as rude as possible.

Was placed on hold for 45 mins just so they could check that my preorder was still there. Ended up hanging up and had to go in person. Employee sounded like the same person who put me on hold and never apologized for it either. Took her for ever to look for my item when it was in plain sight. All she had to do was tilt her head up and she would have seen it.

Based on ease of access, I prefer this GameStop to the one in the Montclair plaza.

Never answers the phone even after 1 hour intervals, workers are slow at checkout, and the manager just wont shut up at some points.

Ever notice even new games are not sealed. I mean whats a display case game, and doesnt that defeat the purpose
