Joey help my elderly mom upgrade her 3g flip phone with a new 4g flip phone! He was very patient and professional! Yes! I would recommend this store!

This stores rep: Shonte Williams, did NOT help me at all, Ever!Although noted on all my receipts, She was NOT the Sales Rep. She was NOT the Cashier.I have been in this location at least three times, with multiple other customers each time, and each time she has never helped me nor anyone else that I witnessed for that fact!Additionally, she was Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Obnoxious, Rude and Standoffish to me!When I came in the 3rd. time, she was eating, drinking and on a Personal cell phone call, all at the same time, while on the sales floor!I am sorry but I do not know what kind of preferential treatment, games or scams the managers in this location are pulling regarding her, but she should not be paid for not doing Absolutely nothing.

Recently upgraded my account with this particular store. Had an issue with my charger and Joey assisted me with getting a new charging block. Thus is the 2nd upgraded I completed with this AT&T store and I am now a satisfied customer.

I popped in randomly to explore upgrading my phone and Ashley was super sweet and patient in answering all of my questions and making sure I got the best deal. We shared some laughs and it was actually a fun experience. Thanks again!

The energy in this store is UNDEFEATED. I love doing business with these guys, it’s always efficiently and carefully done! This is the first time I’ve had this experience with a team regarding my phone service.

Getting a phone here is a joke. Joey got my wife and myself new phones and asked us about this Next Up offer for 5 extra a month per phone to upgrade early. We declined however we checked our bill just now and it is there, we are being charged 10 extra a month for a feature we declined. Very deceptive service.

I went in thinking I just needed a new SIM card but Erick told me I was eligible for a phone upgrade at no cost... he was super nice and helped me through all the processes of making sure my phone was backed up and that the new phone had all my data before factory resetting the old phone. Excellent service!

I highly recommend AT&T in Montclair, NJ. Joey and Eric are fantastic customer service representatives. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They take the time to listen to customers and they clearly explain the various options available and helped me select the right plan, phone, etc.

The store manager Joey was very helpful in my endeavor to upgrade my phone. I was able to upgrade my phone and get a new Apple Watch as well. His customer service was phenomenal and he showed interest in trying to take care of me. He made sure that all the data was transferred over from my old phone to my new one. He was very courteous and I Completely recommend this store.

Joe and the other staff members are always pleasant to work with! They take care of whatever issues we may have with our phones or account.

Ali is great at his job! If you want someone that is quick on their toes and is technology inclined, he’s the one you should go too! Also very nice and knows how to keep a conversation going so you don’t have a dry and boring experience while looking for your phone! Highly recommend visiting!!

My sister lost her phone during an out of town business trip. We stopped into the Montclair location and Ali helped us. He was very compassionate and empathetic and assisted her through the process of getting a new phone. He also tried everything he could to retrieve all that she lost. Ali has a very genuine personality and made our experience fun! Ill be going back to him when its time for my upgrade. If youre looking for excellent customer service, go see Ali in Montclair!

Janine & Cruise are 2 of the friendliest, customer service oriented folks Ive met in a long time. Ive been struggling with my daughters phone for 3 weeks and walked in to their store for some help. Janine sat down and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. And she did it with a smile the entire time. Cant ask for more!! Thanks a ton!!!

The people here went to enormous lengths to get us set up, even though we were just looking for the cheapest arrangement possible to port a land line. These folks just want to do a good job and help customers - how about that? Wish there were more like them.

I have been to this location twice recently (diff reasons), both times the customer service was impeccable. The fist time I delt with Ed and Karol and today I was helped by Cruise. Cruise, was the best hands down since I have been with AT&T (over 6 years). I also enjoyed frendly conversation with a wonderful young lady Tavi. Whoever is in charge of hiring put together a great team. Thanks guys

Edit: Joey called us after seeing this review and took care of the activation fees. Probably wouldve handled it if we called him in the first place. Thanks Joe.Yeah, three stars. We went here for the BOGO deal on the S9+. We got that and we got the plans we wanted. So whats the problem?The salesman I believe it was Joe. Said he would wave the activation fees. That didnt happen. My gf asked for the device protection and I didnt want it for my phone. He didnt add device protection to her phone. The plans we wanted were a shared 5gb. Luckily I double checked that before leaving because he had us at unlimited, I think about 20 or 30 more than 5gb shared. We get that printout at the end and it was the wrong name on it. I asked and he said as long as the bill is correct its fine...okay. A few mistakes and unfulfilled promises. We knew what we wanted all you had to do was listen.

Two horrible experiences. Its like they dont care.
