I made an appointment with them for mobile service, and they hung up on me without asking for the dealership address of the vehicle I wanted to get inspected. I gave them the name of the dealership, so I figured they knew it and just didn’t need the address since they were the ones who hung up. I called them back the morning of the service an hour after they opened, and had to call 3 times over the course of an hour before they told me they booked another appointment because I didn’t give them the address. This place is a joke!

This place are liers they dont know how to repair cars at first Mr. Ibarra tell you a good price then he keept adding more stuff to repair end of paying more than triple of what he promised and my oil leak was never repair all that Mr Ibarra does is smooth talk & keep going back because nothing was doing right I will not recommend this place at all.

My sister was having car trouble and decided to find a new mechanic to fix her car. She found Ibarra Automotive. After my sister had her car fixed and how quick the process was she couldnt believe it!! ☺ I myself started having car trouble so my sister referred me to Ibarra Automotive. My part was ordered same-day my car was looked at the part came the next morning and my car was fixed in less than an hour!!! I love it that these gentlemen are so nice and it is a family-owned Automotive!! They do really good work and have a really great prices!! This shop is so great!! Always quick and friendly they have Wifi in the office thats free to customers with coffee while you wait. I had my car at another shop and the guy just couldnt fix my car, if any thing just made it worst. Art and Jay fixed it in less then a day!! My Mom, Sister, and friends now bring thier cars here. I LOVE the straight talk! NO maybes or will see this is a great place!
