Horrible service. Went for a cheap basic alarm that cost $173. They messed with the turn signals and hazard lights. I had to go back 3 times for them to fix them. Claimed my switch was bad but it turned out a fuse was put on incorrectly by them a d tried to blame me. Additionally my pickup makes a loud noise when accelerating after they put their hands on it. The service oil light blinks now as well. They refused to look into that and gave the run-around claiming theres no mechanic when there was several. They left wire clippings as well. RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIEVES!

Took my car for a system install and my car came back with engine lights dont understand i highly dont suggest this place

Excellent customer service. The staff was able to answer all questions I had on their product. Also were very friendly. Very comfortable to do business with them. When you go in ask for abe. He helped me look into the items i had questions on and then was able to work out a date and time for me to come back to get my purchased products installed to my car. I do go back here for future mods and upgrades.

I went to get done an oil change to my car and one of the mechanics looked up in the computer to see which oil it need, I knew it needed synthetic 5w-30 but instead he put 5w-20, for an oil that did not belonged to my car and a oil filter was 75 dlls, the mechanic was nice but the owner made me wait for too long to attend me, not honest from you guys.

Horrible experience, never going back. Would avoid at all costs. The shop left a mess all over the car, along with stains on the seat and a box cutter on my car seat. Over priced for second rate service. Also, the people there wereally extremely rude and stole my rear floor mats.

After calling to see had my HID kit came in, I asked the owner who happened to answer the phone, what temp were the HID bulbs? He instantly got an attitude with me telling me he doesnt have a thermometer in his pocket. When I tried to explain him that the temperature means the COLOR tone of the lights he starts ranting and yelling at me saying he would not honor the warranty which the lights had came with! Not only does the owner not care about good customer service, HE ALSO DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS! And wants to blame the customer for his own stupidity!All the other employees seem to know their stuff and offered good customer service.So, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

So I made an appointment to get some speakers and amp installed. Nothing fancy, the price didnt seem bad. I go in at 9oam, I ano I ask how long is it gonna take, the guy tells me itll take like 2 or 3 hours, I said OK. So I wait until 4:30 pm, thats 7.5 hours, way too long for such a small job. And while I was waiting, the employees there were arguing and cursing at each other. And then one of them (a really fat one) passes me and comes to me and insults my tattoo, saying it sucks and its wack, then he tries to sell me tint, and I would refuse and he would role his eyes. NEVER COMING BACK! customer service sucks, and apparently they dont know how long an hour is. Oh the worst part, my speaker system sounds like crap! I dont even want to turn on my radio anymore.Avoid this place at all cost!

Very frustrating experience with this business. Work not done, zero communication & they take no responsibility. Im a returning customer but after my recent visit I will never spend another penny there. Its a shame that customers are disposable to this family owned business.

I went to tint my windows and they tell me is going to take 1 hour, after almost 3 hour I check the car and they havent even started working on the car, I asked for my money back and they didnt get me my money back. I never again would do business with this guys.
