I am just glad I found an auto repair company that doesn’t gouge their customers and Mario tells you what is needed and tells you when he thinks something will be needed to plan for. Being on a limited income this helps tremendously. Mario and his family are stars in my book!Cannot say enough good things about them. If you want an honest mechanic go to Accurate, you won’t be disappointed.

I greatly appreciate the way Mario does business. It stands in stark contrast to service at a dealership where I almost always feel the staff is only concerned with making a sale, whether or not the service is necessary. Mario seems to always present the best solution.

My Honda Accords battery went dead on Sunday morning, so I had to wait until Monday to bring the car in for battery service (it was still under warranty) and also for a long delayed LOF and oil service, saying I would get a jumpstart from AAA. After 2 hours, AAA hadnt shown up, so I called Accurate Automotive explaining I was stuck. It was now the lunch hour, but Mario said he would come and give me a jumpstart so I could bring the car in. He came right away, and I was able to wait for my car to be serviced. So all is in order again, thanks to Marios prompt attention.

My battery died in a car wash parking lot recently. Mario checked to make sure it was the battery, ordered it immediately and I was back on the road. Great service and you can tell Mario does put the Customer #1.

I have a custom pickup with a custom built engine and I needed motor mounts replaced. Mario fit me into his schedule by the end of the week and completed the job within my budget even though he ran into a challenge with my custom application. He got the job done and I will come back to him and I recommend him.

I have been bringing my Lexus SC430 into Accurate Automotive (Mario) for three years now. The first time I brought the car in I thought I had a major problem when Mario took a look he pointed out a minor issue and did it at no charge. Since then I bring my car to no one but Mario, he is always fair, does an excellent job and I trust everything he does to the car. I would recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone who asks. Believe me I have been through a number of bad mechanics and thank goodness I found Accurate.

We have two wonderful, now old, cars that we are reluctant to trade in. We have been going to Mario for years. After a local dealership was unable to fix a door locking problem despite 6 weeks(!) in the shop, a friend recommended Mario. He discovered a faulty remote. Another time, his mechanic, Joe, repaired a buckle on my granddaughters car seat, above and beyond! But lately, Marios work has been truly exceptional. He diagnosed a problem with the timing chain and/or oil pressure problem that tripped off the check engine light. Two dealerships had incorrectly pegged the problem. He fixed the timing chain and created a part that fixed the pressure problem. Creative, honest, amazing service. Thanks, Mario. You are the best!!

Mario, the owner of Accurate, is an honest, straightforward man. I truly felt that he gave me an honest appraisal of the needed repairs and even prioritized which repairs were most necessary. He worked with my budget and completed the repairs in a timely manner. As a woman who has dealt with multiple mechanics over the years, I didnt feel that I was being taken advantage of. Instead, Mario took the time to answer my questions and explain things without being condescending -pricless!!! Ive been there twice and will continue to take my car to him.
