Its an ok trailer park from what I saw pretty junky an small. Kind of an eye sore when ya go by. But it definitely has potential!

Great new manager!

I lived here as a child. From 96 to 2003. Lots of memories from fishing in stony creek to making forts out in the woods with friends. I remember riding my bike through the crosswalks to get to my friends faster and building sweet jumps lol I sometime dream Im a kid again living here in the 90s and miss it.

Been here little over a year now. The place is nice. But I gotta say. Management and maintenance is sort of a joke. How is it that when an issue arises I have to wait weeks for it to be repaired or taken care of. For a mobile lot this big why is there only one maintenance man available. Prime example. Our fridge has been freezing our food. I called over two weeks ago. They sent a contracted repair man who was here all of ten minutes. Said everything looked fine. Made some minor adjustments. Next day it’s freezing again. So I call the manager who says that she will get it replaced. Just have to find someone to help maintenance man put new one in. Ok no problem. Said she call me when they could do it. It’s been over two weeks again. Now today they call us an hour and a half before they wanted to put it in. We have been home the last two days doing spring cleaning and they call us without ample time to put the new one in. So we call back asking if they can push it an hour or so. She then explains that they won’t be able to do it today? Really? How longs it take to pull one fridge out and put the other in? Every issue we have had which mind you has been quite a bit over the course of a year has taken way longer than it should. I’m not a hard man to please but this is absurd. I’m trying to be civil about this but it’s getting really really frustrating. We’ve held rent for a faucet leak that took months to be repaired. I can’t put food in a fridge that’s freezing all of my stuff.

Trailers are older but people are nice and friendly.

I lived there for years when I was younger. Few new people since those days. The mailboxes have been damaged for a while and when my mom lived there there was a huge dying tree in her yard they said they were going to take down when they cut others down that year. That was five years ago and that tree is still there.The roots have grown under the ground and cracked the foundation of the trailer.I wish that wouldve been taken care of, beyond that I never had issues with anyone there. Its a quiet park, one of the few that have the least trouble or 911 calls . At least when I was staying there last about 6-7 years ago. Of all the trailer parks, Id say its one of the most affordable, and decent ones in Monroe.

Well kept roads all year round

Now that yes has taken over the property I see major improvements, they are getting new covered mailboxes and soon we hope the office can open to all prospects and residents alike

Need to have mail boxes fixed.some of the covers are missing.and yards could be cleaner

Worst place ever.. I dont understand how they sell trailers when no ones ever at the office n I been calling for 2 weeks cant ever get someone on the phone

The leasing agent does not return calls at all. You have to go up there, and if there is a issue with something, good luck getting help.

This WAS a very nice place to live. 10 years of peaceful living. Then new owners over this year. Now it is a total hell hole. They extort money from residents, charge way more for water and sewer than the water company charges them then the water is shut off for 3 to 6 hours every day. No one is ever avaliable in the office and messages are ignored. They add charges on rent without notice. Also maintenance steals from your yard and when caught says they can do whatever they want. This is a horrible place to live thanks to new owners. They absolutely destroyed this place. There are no amenities what so ever here. None. Dont live here.

Well i seen that the office people or person posted an ad on Facebook for trailers for sale and rent so I aqquired about the trailer was told they didnt have any available ATM but the ad stayed up then I came to the office to ask in person only to see the office closed during business hours and no answer from them when I called then I aqquired again on the ad from Facebook through messenger and find Im blocked wth..? All I wanted to do was purchase a home outright or rent totally fine with me but I just cant believe the ad is still up on the house I wanted to buy ???

I go here to visit a relative quite often. You know the old saying the road to hell is paved with good intentions? I always think the road to Pleasantville is paved a bad decisions. The park is maintained nice enough though.

The park has been upgraded from a monkey bar cage to a actual playground and the trailers are being updated since the governor Mike Dwayne has giving the park a new equipment

Its not a bad place to live the people are all nice and Ive never really had any problems.

You can never contact anyone, there is never a breakdown for extra charges on the rent or water bills, and the place is rundown. A friend of ours was in the hospital for a month with her water shut off and they still tried to charge her for it. Its all a scam and they cant keep a manager to save their lives. The mailboxes are falling apart and there are no amenities. The new property manager since the company was sold to Meritus is a joke. Good luck ever finding her in the office or getting a phone call back. If you leave a voicemail its never returned and when I was finally able to speak with her in person I was told that she didnt even know there was a voicemail or how to check it. Please if you have the option to live anywhere else Id do it and save yourself the headache.

The manager was friendly and showed us all of the homes that were available. Great pricing and financing if youre looking for a brand new manufactured home in the Newport area.
