Our master bathroom drains gargle and wont drain right. We have called and called to get things fixed, but they wont fix it. The factory sent a contractor out and he did what needed to be done to the trailer that he could fix. He said the piping was the mobile homes problem to fix. He showed us that the piping was not how it was suppose to look. I wouldnt recommend buying from here!

Customer service was great while home was being bought and installed. The master bathroom has never functioned properly. The shower doesn’t drain and toilet doesn’t flush. They sent out a handy man that said he did not have a long enough snake. That was the end of that, never showed again or follow up. Also called several weeks ago about electric outlets not working. Handy man never showed and they never did any follow up. I didn’t want to post a review but shop around first. Not sure if it’s really bad customer service or a piece of garbage brand new mobile home. Either way, 41,000 cash price was invested in a new, not used mobile home that is less than 7 months old and already needing repairs.
