This is the worst mobile home Ive ever seen. Two different kinds of trim on 1 cabinet, ceiling cracked in four places inside 3 months, sink looks like it could have been installed by a chimp. Floors already sagging, had in less than a year. Installed the cheapest appliances money can buy. Burner on stove already gone out, fridge makes clicking noises, dishwasher is a joke I do better washing by hand.There are rocks under flooring. Very little insulation in walls. Central air does not even fit in hole it was supposed to go in. Drain for the central air was not even cut into the sewer pipe. I found fitting just laying under the trailer. Hint- buy somewhere else. This guy will promise the moon and deliver a rock.

This is a great place to buy a new home. Dee was so great and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us with all aspects in getting us in our home. I will recommend Don Killins to everyone.
