Billy was super! We sold our place very quickly and he gave a pretty good price too;) Very friendly there too! The gal that works with him was super friendly as well. Very easy to talk to kind of people:) They had beautiful homes for sale there too!

We bought our home 3 years ago and love it! Never any problems! Would recommend them over and over. They have even gone above and beyond to get extra skirting for my porches

We bought a 2020 Jessup from them a few months back. The people are super sweet but I definitely regret not getting a trailer from Clayton Homes! 😥 The trailers look nice but after being in it only a few short weeks were DEFINITELY starting to notice how poorly they are built! My cabinets arent straight, the pantry caved in, the door knobs have already broke, the linoleum on the floors is cut, the blinds wont even fit in the windowseal because all the boards are so bowed in, NONE of the trim is even and thats literally what everyone points out as soon as they walk in my new home! I had 2 different family members also searching for a new home and after walking around my trailer they knew exactly where not to go. So now were absolutely jealous of their new clayton homes trailers. 🥺 this trailer has been nothing but a massive headache..Update: Here it is July 11th and they still havent came and fixed sh*t. Save yalls time and just steer clear of this place 😒

Bought a trailer from them. Had to fight tooth and nail for them to do any warranty work. Every sink has leaked. But only when the hot water was being ran. The ac until has leaked. The more I look and fix the more and more crappery work I find. Fittings not being used right dry rotted gaskets. Would not buy a trailer from them even if they were BOGO

We love the Calloways. They are down to earth understanding people. Mr. and Mrs. Callaway helped us even after the sale. I have so much love for these people. All of their staff is awesome too.
