Im not sure that Ive ever gotten customer service this bad. I purchased a phone 3 days ago with has a manufacturer defect. Thats not the problem because those things happen. Im leaving on a trip in about 24 hours and not having a phone is not an option! Standard protocol is that it takes about a week to get a new phone and the man on the phone refused to do anything about it. I already had a claim with insurance and the phone was determined to be defective. He said there was nothing he could do to speed it up. I was actually at another metropcs store at the same time that is under other ownership. THEY were willing to work out an immediate exchange when they didnt even sell me the phone to begin with... and they stated the other store could have done the same. The system allows for it. Shame in the Monroe store. And...in the end, from a store with good customer service, on top of the defective phone I actually ended up purchasing another 5g phone, a tablet and added 2 lines of service. Take that Monroe.

Online system was down so had to go into the store to pay the bill. They charged an extra charge because we paid it there. It was the companys error so the fee should be waved but nope! So sad.

I was looking into buying a wireless charging phone because it would work out best for me. The guy sold me a phone and told me that bgg it has wireless charging. I got home and was upset because it did not have the wireless charging capability. I called the store today to try to return the phone and they told me that I cant. It was your employees faultObviously you dont care about your customers.

Well these Monroe store employees obviously make their own hours.11-7:30 pm mon-fri.And again at noon on a week day lights off, doors locked.Great customer service. HA!! THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

I like the owner very much. Convinced me, to go to a smart phone. I was reluctant to give up my flip phone. Glad, I listened to him. They need to get a phone number, that they can answer in the store, the phone number doesnt work, but they are open for business. Convenient location, next to Dairy Queen on Highway 2 across from Safeway in Monroe, Washington.

Cricket wireless is owned by At&t they use all there towers been with them since 2014 i pay 100 for 4 lines flat never had a dropped call and phones are affordable plus they do no credit payment plans metrospcs says they use tmobile towers I use to have in 2013 they sucked as i went to tmobile coverage areas and calls dropped

Update- theyre stikk awful! They dont even bother offering to call other locations for you to see if an item is in stock. When I pulled up one of the employees was sitting, bent over, laying her torso over her legs looking like she was trying to nap. Apparently much too busy to help a customer.Not always open during posted hours, staff is friendly enough but poor customer service skills- giving incorrect information, not calling when an item comes in, etc. Only once have they had what I wanted in stock out of the 3 times I couldnt order it online. I should also mention that they often dont have quite a few items in stock, most often phones. One time they only had 3 models in stock to pick from.

Bought the alcatel 7 which was a huge mistake, phone is extremely laggy and slow. pauses between every command you give it. expressed my dislike of it at the store after a month of owning it. their response is buy a new phone you might like better. No thanks...congrats metro pcs you lost a customer after only a month. went to another provider got a phone i really liked at a great price and ported the number over . If your like me and like prepaid do yourself a favor and avoid metro pcs

I just got a new Blade phone also a screen saver, paid 20 dollars for it,once I got home Ive seen that the screen saver is defect, I went back for an exchange, surprise? They wount do it, they said that I have to buy a new one, in this case if all their products are defective I should buy an infinite of scree savers till Ill find a good one.Dont go to pcs metro in Monroe and Lake Stevens, go to Bothell, same owner is in Monroe and Lake Stevens.Vey bad practice selling defective product and not wanting to exchange it.

First off it is supposed to be No Contract now lets say I got new service on the tst of the month then next month I am a little short on cash and dont pay for the second month of service until the 10th of the month. I still pay the same amount I paid the first month but I lose 10 days of service because my payment date doesnt change.....in other words they shut your phone off at midnight of the second day of the month instead of giving me the 30 days of service I pay for. They have a one time option to change your due date but that will oost $5. Now that might not sound like abig deal to you but I have 3 lines. So if I lose 10 days of service x 3 lines that is a months worth of service for one of my phones. If its pay as you go you should be able to pay for 30 days of service and actually get 30 days of service.Secndly, my phone quit working yesterday. There is absolutely no damage to my phone. It simply quit powering up. So I called customer service and after wading through their automated system I finally got through to a person who barely spoke English. It took me 20 minutes to get her to understand what my problem was. After which she transferred my call to the phone manufacturer. Somehow that call disconnected before I got to acuactua speak with them so I had to go through the entire process again. Once I got through to the manufacturer they told me that metro PCs handles the manufacturer warrant since October of 2017 and to take it into a metro pcs store and they will replace the defective device and if there was a problem to have the the metro pcs store to contact them. So I make the 25 Mile drive to the nearest metrr pcs store only to be told to come back tomorrow because that employee wasnt comfortable with making g a decision as to whether my phone had water damage or or was dropped causing it not to power on. There is absolutely no damage to my phone. I keep it in a protective case. I askedaske to call the manufacturer as I was instructed but the lady wouldnt even take the time to do that. It was 15 minutes before closing and she was more worried about going home than making sure I had a phone that worked.I have been a loyal customer of metro PCS for almost 2 years having a minimum of 2 lines and as many as 5 lines...but now that I have not had my phone to occupy my time i have thought about my overall experience with Mero PCS and wonder why I have been with them for as long as I have. THEY SUCK! Before Metro PCS I was with Trac Phone. At least they gave you what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend this phone service to my friends, family, or even my business competition. Simply put METRO PCS SUCKS!!
