We recently bought a house and I called fresh start flooring after just finding them on a Google search and asked if they could replace some carpet for us quickly. Not only did they come out to get us a quote fast but they replaced the carpet right away. The guy they sent to do the work was incredible! He was fast and did a fantastic job. The carpet is beautiful and so soft! We absolutely love it! Definitely will be using this company again! They are a family owned business, kind, professional and very good at communicating. Vicki and her team were so great about helping us get our house carpeted. We had been shopping around for carpet installers and really wanted to support a local business. So glad we did, as Vicki was the most responsive of all the contenders. She ordered us additional carpet samples because the ones we wanted weren’t in store. Our installer was so great and super considerate of the fact that my husband and I were both working from home, letting us know exactly when to expect loud noises. We just had our flooring installed in April and it is now June and they look amazing. They were able to do the whole house which is 1700 ft² In laminate plankings and carpet in under 3 days. It turned out so beautiful and the 1 issue that we found they were able to bring people back in within 24 hours to fix it. I wish they did baseboards but they were very good about removing the baseboards and not breaking them and being able to put them back on. Vicky was extremely patient with me and answered all of my emails and calls with almost immediate response. Great sales woman.

They came out and measured and brought samples to our home. They were excellent communicators and kept me updated every step of the way and then the contractors who came and installed did an excellent job and were very friendly as well. COVID provided some additional hurdles in meeting time lines due to supplies etc, but the team at fresh start had solutions at the ready to meet our needs. Replacing all the flooring in our large home carpet and laminate was no small task, the team had our project completed in just 4 days, one day ahead of schedule. There were a couple of small issues after the install was complete, and again Vicki and her crew exceeded our expectations with their solutions. A+ customer service. This is why we choose to support small businesses, the personal touch. Could not recommend Fresh Start more!

Excellent customer service. my laminate was installed perfectly and right on time. had a few minor issues come up some months later. owner vicki allen was on top of it and responded immediately offering same week service. installer Geoff came to my home, fixed the minor issues and it looks perfect again. I wandered into the Fresh Start office last week, unannounced, not realizing that due to COVID-19, its by-appointment only. Vicki was so gracious about it all, and went ahead and scheduled me for a measurement and quote for the next day!I went into two other flooring stores the same day, and I felt like nothing but a dollar sign to them. Not so with Fresh Start. Vicki put me at ease and made me feel like she cared for me and my needs.Adam was also quite personable when he came out to do the measurements and he clearly explained the process. I received a quote within an hour. There was an issue with availability of trim that was going to delay the install. I needed things to happen sooner to get my home on the market. Vicki came through right away and found an alternative to get me a date that worked.Jeff came out to do the install, brightobright andsand early and on schedule. He got right down to business and finished by the end of the day. Everything looks beautiful! Im so glad I chose Fresh Start.

Fresh Start was extra understanding as we spent over a year determining what we wanted and then the carpet had to be ordered and they still got it to us before Thanksgiving. The installers did an amazing job. We love our new carpet!!!

I was extremely impressed with both their customer service, quality and care. I had gone on a local Facebook page and asked for recommendations. I think 5 out of the 7 recommended Fresh Start Flooring. I like to support local smaller business. I had previously gone to a much much larger store in Monroe and it took me over 30 minutes to even talk to an employee. I went to Fresh Start and was seen immediately.Overall, the carpet I chose with pad and installation was about $20 more expensive than the larger store, but tied with their customer service and the fact they could install in just 2 days compared to the 3 week minimum I would have to wait at the larger company it was a no brainer.We will be be purchasing more carpet in the near future and wont hesitate to purchase from Fresh Start.
