If you are looking for quality floors with expert installation, Diamond is your place. We have had our entire house replaced by Diamond and I have recommended them to family and friends. We replaced our living space with LVT and I LOVE it. Durable, washable and super upgraded wood appearance. We have upgraded bedrooms with carpet and even had our back porch ceramic tiled. Wonderful customer service and fast installation each time.

Id give these clowns a ZERO if it would let me. Stay away from this business at all costs.We just moved into our new home and were looking to replace some flooring. We needed carpet and flooring for upstairs and wanted hardwoods in our kitchen and dinette area (294 sq ft). We were recommended to Diamond Flooring from a friend and were totally disappointed. Michael (owners son) came to measure the kitchen and decided to add the laundry room to the order after being told we weren’t interested in that room getting done. This should’ve been a telltale sign of what was going to come. The wood showed up and only had ONE person to off load it and bring it in the house. Of course, I did a majority of the moving the wood into the house. When the “subcontractors” came to install the floor (wasn’t mentioned that subcontractors were being used), I was traveling for work. My wife was there to supervise. When arrived home the floors were done and looked pretty good. I did write and email and call him to Michael letting him know that there were some issues with protruding nails. I also took care of knocking these in as we had the sand and finish people coming the next day. I noticed while the living room was being sanded that three cabinets in the BRAND NEW KITCHEN were damaged. There were dents in the cabinetry. I called Michael to express my concerns and without hesitation or taking a breath, he denied any responsibility for the damages. He had the nerve to ask me why I didn’t mention it to him in my previous email and phone call. I told Michael that it wasn’t noticed until later when my wife pointed them out. Apparently she saw them after the “subcontractors” left and didn’t mention it until later the next day when I noticed them as well. Michaels complete disregard for my property was one thing. Not even making an attempt or suggestion to come and look at the damages was the tipping point. I told him I wanted to speak to some other than him in a senior capacity. This happened to be “Al” Michaels father. Well, the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree. This man with all his wisdom, had the same approach: Deny responsibility for ANYTHING, without even a look. This is just bad business. Not once did they not empathize with the fact that their “subcontractors” may have (They did) damage my $13000 cabinets. In fact, AL (as if he were talking to a 15 yr old) gave me an analogy to compare my complaint. Of course, the analogy was totally unrelated and unparalleled to my scenario, yet somewhat disrespectful in nature. I have been in the construction business for 20+ years and know exactly what tool made the exact three marks on my cabinets and I want that tool in my house to prove to AL (who already knows) that his “Subcontractor” damaged my cabinets. Diamond Flooring LLC is the epidemy of shotty, sneaky and completely unprofessional. Being in the home improvement industry myself on a corporate level for a National BBB accredited and A+ rated company, I cannot see how this kind of business practices are on the same grade level as my company that revenued $300M last year. I want my kitchen fixed, accreditation stripped from this mockery of a company and a rating applied that is becoming of their poor business practices. “C” at best. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and the Business Licensing Dept.

We could not have been more pleased with the service and result of using Diamond Floor! We were in a lurch! We moved into our new home and, much to our surprise, found out all the floors needed replacing! We called Michael on a Friday, he was onsite by Monday, sent us the quote, and the crew arrived Tuesday morning. They were fast, very talented, and our floors are BEAUTIFUL! They completed the entire 2600 square foot home in one day! They were thorough, they moved everything themselves, and everything looks, feels, and smells amazing. Now it really feels like a NEW home!

Impressed with how quick they were able to repair my flooring. They certainly went above and beyond while repairing my floors. Since they had to remove some quarter roll edging that was damaged by a Home Depot delivery and installation, they cut a new piece to fit and replaced it.

Thank you for such a great service during a pandemic. Lisa, Linda and Heather, you guys were great. Great quality of carpets too.

“Mr. Bowman is with a property management company called Bowman Real Estate.His company, Bowman Real Estate, hired Diamond to install flooring in 20+ homes and FAILED TO PAY his balance. Mr. Bowman has stated numerous times that he does not have enough money to pay us for the work. Even when he tries to pay, he pays with bad checks drawn on insufficient funds.Mr. Bowman has given us the following explanations as to why his company does not have enough money to pay:(1) His wife has been stealing money out of his company’s account;(2) He is having a hard time meeting his own payroll;(3) He had to close down all of his bank accounts;(4) He neglected accounts payable, leaving him with $250,000 in expenses which he could not afford to pay;Bowman Real Estate is currently in default. For months, we have made every attempt to work with Mr. Bowman on payment terms. When we gave Mr. Bowman a final request to pay his overdue invoices, he unfortunately wrote this review instead of simply paying Diamond what he owes.We apologize for this public exchange. We felt it was necessary to respond to an unfair characterization from Mr. Bowman. We will be proceeding through the proper legal channels.As always, we are proud of our reputation.”
