When I was researching companies to redo our kitchen counters, I looked at reviews. AAA had 31 - 5 star reviews! I was skeptical, who gets all 5 stars?? I researched some of the clients and found that they were credible. I can say that our experience was top notch. Frank was always available to answer my questions, and he, Eddie, Eugene and Emerson professional and easy to work with. Once the template was completed and our quartz slabs were in, I went to their fabrication bay and placed the templates to get the exact portion of design I wanted for each area. When there was a hiccup, as there always is, they all went the extra mile to do what had been promised. The job was completed on time and both my husband and I are extremely happy.

Im building a new house and had received several bids from other countertop companies. Not only were they considerably more expensive but the selection of stone was pretty limited and frankly boring. I met with Frank at AAA Flooring and he told me they barely mark up the slabs from what the warehouse charges. He sent me to the wares houses in downtown Seattle. It was time consuming but necessary. I found amazing marble fir my bathrooms but also incredible granite with schist. AMAZING!!! These slabs are beyond beautiful and AAA did a fantastic job cutting them. The pictures I took didnt do it justice because there is crushed quartz and agate within the slab. It takes an artist to cut this type of stone and AAA demonstrated they fit the bill. The cost was soooo reasonable you would be crazy not to give your business to them.

We have had a wonderful experience with AAA Flooring & More. The templating and install team we worked with were in particular, exceptional. Anderson, Eugene and one additional guy (sorry, please remind me who we had!!) were incredibly personal with great attention to detail. They interacted so sweetly with our two young children, and when you are letting vendors into your home, thats a big deal! They installed an undermount sink as part of the deal, which isnt the case everywhere, and they did it with perfection. They left our kitchen, and living room where they loaded in from, cleaner than when they arrived. The final product is exactly what we pictured and we will be referring as many people as we can to your company. (And, we will never forget catching them literally stopping to smell the roses in our backyard when they had a break waiting for something to dry. Just great people!)

We decided to support a local company and get new flooring for our entire house. We did get the flooring, but it was a big mistake to use AAA flooring. Carpet was only supposed to take one day. It took 2 days and the guy was 2 hours late both days! Hard flooring guys were always at least an hour earlier than we were told they would be there. Hopefully now that one of them stole a watch from us, they will know when to show up. Both days the hard flooring guys were there the first thing one of them did was to go into our bathroom (he couldnt ask because he doesnt speak English) and camp in there for 1/2 hour. Needless to say, we couldnt go in there for some time afterwards . They had to take up the toilet to put the flooring down and placed it on a towel in our tub. They left the sewage soaked towel for us to clean up. NONE of them wore masks even after we asked them multiple times. Flooring guys left a piece of trim unattached and it took 2 weeks to get them back out to fix it... it is still not attached correctly. The manager doesnt care about any issues that we gave brought up to him. No apologies. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars.

He went out of his way to not only be sure scraps were picked up, but areas outside of our business suite were vacuumed as well!

We did kitchen and bathroom counters, carpet and LVP flooring in the master bath with AAA.Recommended by a contractor we know. Happy with the quartz and granite. Took longer than expected but it wasnt their fault the cutting machine broke and they communicated with us right away. They gave us a good deal on the bathroom granite using leftovers. Did some damage to the walls installing but that is normal I guess. They were suppose to polish the quartz under the breakfast bar but it was not and I had to ask them to get the bold black lettering off. The seam was OK. Not the best but not the worst either. Not an easy kitchen to do and it looks good. The carpet experience was rough. Wished we had gone to a hotel. The installer was always late. Wanted to start work at 4 or 5 pm a couple days. Frank picked the quality and didnt give me many choices in our budget. I was unhappy with the quality of the carpet & pad. It started to wear on the steps within 2 months. Took another week to get the old carpet out of our garage as the installer always seemed to be running behind. He did good work though. The LVP product was fine but expensive. The installer grumbled about how many corners our bathroom had and how long it was taking. I figured 2 guys all day. He figured 1 guy a couple hours. He had another job to get to. Left a hump in the floor that wasnt there before. Im guessing he installed the floating floor too tight. Called 3 times to have it looked at and they kept saying the installer would call me which never happened. He hauled at least 4 full boxes back out to his truck. I asked him to leave some to do the steps to the tub, which he said wasnt part of the bid but he only left an open box which wasnt enough and I didnt get any credit. Asked for a bid on our new house a couple times but they never got around to it. Used Haight for the carpet, 1/2 the price and much better quality and done on time.

The quartz countertop is beyond spectacular and the outstanding customer service is rarely experienced to such an extent. Would not hesitate to buy future products from AAA Flooring & More.

I was introduced to AAA Flooring through my remodel contractor, I met Steve, Frank and Eugene prior to my remodel to pick out my counter tops and vanities tops, and my carpet. Keep I mind this all occurred prior to the state lockdown.In the middle of the whole shut down I was contacted by Steve to keep me updated on their status and that I may not be able to finish my remodel.Then the bad news, they got shutdown like every business in Washington State, my contractor was shutdown and absolutely devastated me.After two weeks my contractor returned and we finished his responsibilities, and during this mess Eugene called to schedule my templates which was a good sign, Eugene showed up make the templates and one week later my counter tops showed up, and AAA Flooring was now open and the shutdown was lifted, my remodel was completed on May 7th and I am so happy with the materials and workmanship of AAA Flooring and I would highly recommend these guys for all of your flooring needs, from hardwood to carpet to quartz and marble counter tops, Great prices and well worth the drive to Monroe Washington. We called all the companys in are area and had received many estimates and some of the people who came to do the estimating had their pants down to their but crack. It was refreshing to have a professional person from AAA Stone show UP and do such a great job. I had worked in commercial construction for thirty years and the demand for quality is the highest and AAA surpassed my expectations. With people wanting the job done done yesterday and during the snowy season they were calling every day and asked if the roads were clear trying their best to make the customer happy, and when they were installing the countertops they stayed with approval late just to finish the job in one day, something I dont think another company would do. And the final product was amazing and precise. I was amazed how accurate the job was done and the price was get this thousands cheaper than the companys using lasers to measure the job. Are floors and carpet was protected and they sued shoe booties always concerned about are home. Overall we give them an A+ on a job well done with each category price, performance, cleanliness, product, concerns, attitude. Thank you AAA Stone Works

I now have a lovely new kitchen counter top. Eugene and the crew did a super job of installing it and doing the clean up - also made sure my hardwood floors were protected while they worked.

My wife and I were looking for counter tops out in Manson but couldnt find something that was astronomically priced. We came in and checked out AAA and worked with Frank. He took his time and went over every single option many times until we figured out what we wanted. After all was said and done, he gave a great price and did a _fantastic_ job on installation. At this point, I now know where to get tile/countertops/etc -- and will use AAA on our next remodel.
