I bought a car I was a little skeptical about. There were small pieces of tape on the bumper where the front bumper had been replaced and painted and the plastic piece around the bottom of the windshield had been popped out. They told me it wasn’t wrecked and was a good car. 12 hours later the engine cut off driving down the interstate at 70 mph and I had to get toed. They refused to take the car back and didn’t return my calls. I have pics of the toe truck picking up the vehicle and the pics are dated so this is 100% true. I also found a receipt from some sort of auction for $8k and they charged me almost double that. The seller was very rude and demanded I tell him how I was paying for the car before he would even get the keys and show me the inside or take it for a text drive. Good life lesson for me. If you have a gut feeling that something is wrong and you are dealing with a crook always trust your gut. I sold the vehicle soon after to a dealership that knew about the issues. Masssssive oil leak and I had only put a few hundred miles on the vehicle. Also when I told him about the piece around the windshield he ACCUSED ME OF PULLING IT OFF WHEN HE WENT INSIDE FOR THE KEY!
Eric is a very friendly and welcoming salesperson. I looked up the car online and scheduled for the test drive. We had an honest conversation about the condition of the car and it was well-justified price point. These are pretty cool guys, they reserved my car for a week until the loan application, etc.Definitely recommend them!!
I had a wonderful experience buying a used Infiniti from Eric and the Sales team at Monroe Motor Sports. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of my questions and requests prior to buying. (I noticed on my test drive the engine has a whistle, so I requested that it be taken in and looked over. The dealership replaced a belt and resolved the issue.)
I recently purchased an vehicle from Eric and Juan, and I am impressed by their professionalism and customer service. This is an excellent place to purchase your next vehicle!
Just got a used car from this dealership and 3 days later the fog lights fell off and when I went to get it fix I realized the light had been glued to the bumper to keep on it, so I wanted to change the light but I couldn’t cause the whole bumper is glued.. so basically they glued the whole bumper so it can’t fell off, and now I understand why the seller didn’t want to show us the car.. and this is the right place.. Juan Álvarez is the guy who sold me the car... and they work with the bank Latino credit union so yes this is the place...
Great day at Monroe motor sport. Got the car I wanted, the deal I wanted, with no pressure. Met two really good guys that helped answer all my questions. Great experience.
Great buying experience. Juan is a straight guy, no gimmicks.Would definitely buy from him again.
Excellent service. I was able to get the vehicle checked out by my mechanic without any hesitation. Love the car! Kudos to Juan for helping me out.
Not a place to buy a car. Buyer beware! Found a Mini online, went to test drive and take to my mechanic for inspection. Glad I did! The car jolted and cutoff on me during the test drive. Turns out it needed a full Tune up. (Not a major issue since I could have that done.) Also, it needed oil pan/gasket work which isnt uncommon for a Mini, but is expensive. Considering all this, $1,900 in repairs. The salesman would not take it off the price or even meet me half way. He claimed he could fix a couple of spark plugs(ignoring the rest) and still sell it for the asking price. I understand making a profit but the entire ordeal was very sketchy and proved making a dollar was more important than selling something reliable. Id hate to be the buyer coming after me looking at a perceived healthy Mini(thanks to my discoveries) but getting stuck with a hefty maintenance bill immediately after driving off the lot.
Price was right on a quality used car. Pleasant and courteous service from the sales staff.
Do not trust this used car dealer i just bought a nissan maxima and found out the bumber was glued on with a molding to keep it in place along with the headlights .. its going to cost me $600 for a new bumber and replacement after just paying for this car.
Half of the vehicles they have online arent at this dealership. Drove an hour for a specific vehicle to find this out. Parked on the lot for 10 minutes with no help. People just stayed inside. Sent in an online request for vehicle availability and never got a response. Beware.
Great service! I love Juan, hes the best
If there was a place to put no stars that would be the rating I would give. Not only was I outright lied to, These two guys thought they were dealing with someone who never dealt with cars before. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. The crappy repairs they did to this vehicle might have destroyed the engine oh and they said that a dealership made the repairs. NOT!
Horrible place doesnt give you a complete Carfax refuses to inform you on their progress with registration/tag transfer. Just overly disgusted with this organization. Do Not Buy a car from them unless are willing to spend the same amount of money fixing the issues the failed to mention!!!
We bought a car there
Awesome
