I called to the service department for an appointment at 3:30 PM Friday afternoon for a code that came up on my 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel, service department was busy. I was told that I would receive a call back that afternoon. No callback that afternoon, so I stopped by the dealership on Saturday. The gentleman I spoke with took my info and told me that someone would call me back on Monday morning, Monday came and gone and this is now Thursday of that same week. Still no callback, I will never darken your doorstep again. Very poor service.
My young daughters and I were on vacation, staying nearby, when our Pacifica wouldnt start. Jesse and the service team at Dearth were able to get us in the same day despite having a full schedule. They gave us a ride to the town square and picked us back up so that I could keep the kids entertained while the repairs were happening. They couldnt have been friendlier - thank you so much for helping us out!

Car broke down ten minutes down the highway!! After purchasing our 2017 just before closing on Saturday, the clutch failed on the car to the point of it needing to be towed back home. (50 miles!) Luckily we were able to get it to a parking lot before not moving at all. Several hours later and quite the bill, we were able to get the car home . It will be 2.5 weeks before the part is shipped and then towing car to a shop to replace the shot clutch. Be weary of this place ! You may end up stranded on the same highway. Salesmen didnt know much about this car and now I can guess why . $15,000+ for a car that wont move for weeks !
Called about a truck they had listed. Said I was coming from about an hour away. They were pulling it up as we got there. Let us take for a drive, complete the sales portion, pay for it and leave. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process was less than1.5 hrs including the test drive. I will tell others about them.

Came two hours to pick up a dodge charger. Staff was nice. Craig did a good job handling questions. Finance was quick and easy no pressure for backend warranties. I would say the dealership could use some kind of radio in the showroom. Its a bit awkward with no music and nobody talking.

Have you ever had an experience that just left a bad taste in your mouth about a company or business? Well I had an experience so bad that it made me forget all of the good times I had been here. My parents have done business with Dearth as long as I can remember. (Brian is amazing and probably the nicest person youll ever do business with). Not only have they bought most of their vehicles from here, but they have always taken them back for routine services. So naturally when I started driving my vehicles were taken here too. I never had a problem until the new ownership started. Last summer I was told by a prior mechanic to get my brakes changed closer to fall, so at the end of the summer I went to Dearths for an oil and brake change. I asked for this upon scheduling the appointment, at check in time, and I asked again when I paid because the price seemed awfully low. Well then when I went to get gas I noticed nothing was there about my brakes so I called and they told me I was wrong that it was checked, and wouldnt believe me. I even told them I was going out of town and thats why this was important to me. I was given nothing but attitude on the phone. I went to my dads work and he could see that I had barely any brakes on my car from just how I was parked. We ended up having to learn how to change them ourself which was not the easiest thing. One was so thin it crumbled when changing it. Its sad to think a business would let you drive off in a car without brakes. My next oil change after that took over an hour. I waited in the showroom like always and had so many employees just walk past without acknowledging that I was there. Only Brian greeted myself and another woman. After over an hour of waiting I was told a light was out but they would have to take my car apart to fix it. After prying the information out of the employee, I was told it isnt actually necessary and I am still confused to where this light is located. I wish they would treat clients like they used to before the ownership change because I am no longer too satisfied.
Took our car in twice while under warranty. Only found the problem after warranty expired then told us they had no record of servicing it so we had to pay $100 to extend warranty. If you can go elsewhere, do yourself a favor and do it!

If I could give negative stars I would... The sales department sold my mother a 2007 Jeep Patriot that she religiously took to the service department at Dearth they were negligent at the least and failed to inform her of the Chrysler notice related to her vehicle as well as the fact the entire subframe was nearly rotted away... (Chrysler action # 23-012-14) There is no way they could have missed it during their service routine... Dearths service department never relayed the existence of the issue until it was too late and no longer covered by warranty... Only said that they rust... Except they have been doing the oil changes and service since it was purchased. When I spoke with them they simply denied it was evident when they did service... And it was only a Action (Chrysler action # 23-012-14) which ironically was an action posted three months before they put it on their lot... not a recall so they were not required to notify her... My suggestion is to be sure to research any vehicle you plan to purchase thoroughly as well as your dealer... They couldnt even fix a leaking tire but were ready to sell new wheels...

Was told EVERYTHING was looking great an then next thing I knew I was told that I have the income but not the credit need a cosigner which wasnt the problem, got the cosigner and then got told Im approved, not the problem either then got SLAMMED with oh btw you need a 2000 down payment. an I already told them I couldnt do a couple grand right away or Id be able to get my car half way decent an a little more reliable.pretty much the guy got my hopes up an destroyed them. I wasnt very satisfied due to that. hope we can get a reliable car but not with hopes up then dropped.

Would give zero stars if I could. The salesman I spoke with never contacted me back after he said he would. Was set to buy the truck but he didnt seem interested in selling it to me. I went and bought the same truck else where. I work for a CSM company and feel this type of customer service should be punishable. I know where I work it wouldnt go over well at all.
