Well my fiancee and I purchased a 2018 Ford fusion with extended warranty and has been nothing but a headache to get something fixed. We noticed within 100 miles of driving it the back brake pads werent seated properly to rotors and u can clearly see em digging in and they told us it was nothing wrong so I put a review 1 star and within 1hr they said delete comment and well fix em. Ok so I did that and then within 1mo the car felt weird on rough pavement like u were on ice and they tell us nothing is wrong. Well 1week goes by and she takes it back in for them to say it needed an alignment. Well now warranty is out and guess what they say the lower ball joint is junk after they just inspected it. So they keep having to look at it twice to find the issue. Also we sold a acadia to em and they said 100percent its going to an auction and then 1 week later its on their website for 8k and told us it was only worth 4k in its condition. This place is nothing but a headache and doesnt fix thingsUnder warranty and does nothing but give a run around. Id appreciate it if me and my fiance could have a sit down with the owner to figure this out and everything we have had to deal with.

Thus place will tell you one thing on the phone just to get to their store. Im 2 hours away in Illinois so when I talked to Chad on the phone I asked him if I sent pictures of my car, Vin number, miles. He told me that would work fine. I sent him everything he called me and said they would offer me Kelly blue book price as long as my car ran well. It runs great and has for the 3yrs Ive had it. I asked him how much wiggle there was on the car I wanted. He told me that they would work with me to get my payment down to where I wanted. The next day my husband and I did the 2 hour drive. Did the test drive. Went in to discuss financing. They first offered me lower for my car then what I was told me on the phone then they said there was wasnt any wiggle room on the price. All a complete waste of time.

Working with Alphorn Ford provided a car-buying experience unlike any other I had experienced. Typically, I hate the process of buying a new vehicle. However, we needed one fast. To compound matters we were looking for a pick-up with a front row bench (not a lot of inventory) to seat our family of six.Based on the recommendation of a friend, we worked with Jonny, who went well beyond his role at Alphorn to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.Jonnys team was able to quickly locate a vehicle that matched our expectations. They brought the vehicle to me for a test drive. Jonny answered all of my questions and had his service team check into everything I brought up to them. Jonny exceeded my expectations around financing and offered well above Kelley Bluebook for my trade in. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted and didnt like many of the cars on the lot. I was pointed to the website that had cars from all of their connected dealerships that they could get down for me to try and hopefully buy if I like. No pressure was on me to buy anything particular that was out of my price range. I ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Veloster, the belt started squeaking a day after I got it and they fixed it for free! I couldnt be happier with the quality of service and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife called and setup an appointment to have our 2013 Explorer rear lift gate shock and motor replaced last week. Today when it was completed the shock was not replaced on the passenger side. My wife clearly stated that we needed both the shock and motor side replaced. When my wife mentioned this to the service writer the manager came out and argued with my wife that it was an honest mistake and that they would not replace the part as quoted and promised. This is the last time we use Alphorn Ford for service or purchase of any vehicles. The service department has been rude before to my wife, treating her like less than important. I would give no stars but this requires you to at least give 1.

Terrible experience trying to purchase a used truck. The truck had several issues that were not disclosed when inquiring and inspecting the vehicle, even worse these issues were not disclosed when making a down payment prior to starting the paperwork. The issues would have gone unnoticed had I not carefully looked through the buyers guide at the time of purchase. The truck was listed on the website and described by the salesman as a four wheel drive, even though it was a rear wheel only vehicle, another factor that would have led to me purchasing a vehicle in a configuration that was useless to me without careful reading of the buyers guide at time of purchase. Please, be aware that these people could not care less about the customers vehicle, and are willing to blatantly lie when describing their vehicles just to make a sale.

Very good service department, I had an issue with a frozen door latch on my 17 F 150 recently because I park it outside all of the time in the cold and snow. Called them for advice and was informed there was a no cost cold weather latch upgrade available. They ordered the parts for me and in a few days set up a service appointment that was convenient for me. Work completed as scheduled. Next day we got a lot of freezing rain and cold and the door latch work perfectly.ThanksMark

I recently bought a vehicle from Alphorn Ford. Their customer service seemed to be good and I was impressed they would deliver the vehicle up to where I live...but after the vehicle was delivered I put on about 250 miles and had three repairs that needed fixed. No defrost{mode door actuator}- kind of tough not to have in Wisconsin winter. Idler pulley was bad which also wore the belt. And, the front passenger window motor seized up. While it is a gamble buying a used vehicle, I am appalled at their lack of taking credit for these oversights on their so-called 140 point safety inspection and everything on the disclosure that was marked as not having any issues. Its a good thing that in addition to the vehicle I also purchased an extended warranty so at least some of these repairs could be covered. Maybe the service would be different if I bought a new vehicle...but I am so sorry that I ever bought a vehicle from this dealership. Speaking with Brent, the manager, did no good, either. He sure sounded like he was going to do something about the issues I had but never go a call back from him. I shouldnt have to repeatedly call the dealership when they are the ones who obviously did not inspect their vehicle as thoroughly as they made it seem. Maybe instead of washing the vehicle and making sure the interior is clean (they felt the need to point out that it was detailed) you should have spent that time making sure nothing was broken.

Matt, the sales manager did everything he could to get us the beat deal possible. They even stayed late on Memorial Day to sign papers with us. Called us the next day to say they had gotten us a better rate and were able to drop our payments! Absolutely recommend them for any future car purchase! Just purchased a used car from Bryan at Alphorn. Great no-nonsense buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the cars features and able to answer all of our questions. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed on the car and they took care of them without hesitation.

Ken Johnson, the salesman, was very nice and easy to talk to. He is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. In my opinion the sales manager was awful and the girl that has you sign all the papers is rude.

My husband had done tons of research and he knew what we wanted and where they had that particular vehicle on the lot. We arrived at Alphorn and werent disappointed. We were able to test drive the vehicle, inspect it, read the car fax etc and walked out owning the car about an hour and a half later. They were fair, courteous, and very efficient from the salesperson through financing and final paperwork. Our daughter will likely be in the market for a car soon. She was with us and mentioned that she will go to Alphorn when the time comes.

We had our oil changed here. They were efficient and squeezed us in at the last minute. Unfortunately a few days later we found a small leak coming from our oil pan. They hadnt tightened the plug correctly, and we live 3 hours away so couldnt bring it back to them. They had amazing customer service and took care of our bill right away at our home ford dealer. We realize mistakes can occur and were very satisfied with the resolution and great customer service.

Overall the 2005 Impala I purchased was a good deal, however, I think the shop needs to spend more time examining vehicles that are traded in.There are electrical gremlins that affect my Impala, such as, the instrument panels lights do not work, regardless of any position the adjustment is placed in, occassionally the odometer, radio and overhead display will go out.These items are an inconvenience at most and do not affect the driveability of the vehicle.

All they wanted was for me to trade my truck in and not my car for a suv, seem the gm didnt want to come talk to us but yet tell me before hand that they will approve us, that didnt work walked out and no one stopped us and tried to reconsider or keep us

The salesman didn’t help me at all, barely spoke and was pretty rude. He expected me to hold the conversation and wouldn’t tell me about the cars when we were standing in front of them. He got frustrated with me because I “didn’t say much” and I’m not giving him “anything to go off of”. I told him what model, mileage, price, year, and engine I wanted and that I wanted 4WD. I’m not sure what else he wanted from me. Then he brought the manager over who was very pushy and didn’t give me a chance to say anything.Let me test three cars but one of them was on empty, so I could only drive it around the parking lot.

I was looking for a strong reliable truck or suv with minor fixes. But I found a Mitsubishi 2008 wagon suv and came in it wasn’t there probably was sold. At first when I arrived it was car offered and I said no with a cringed facial expression readable so seller knows it. Personally me I’m not a car person unless it’s AWD especially in a snowy state like Wisconsin. Plus I seen lots of cars swung off side of the roads at least 5-6 and 1-2 trucks and suv due to hazard roads in winter. Then Jason came back with a V8 truck that was at a reasonable price after I offered to pay 1,000 more. It was good for me because during winter and rain I needed something more secure with grip on the road. He did great in used cars business in finding what the buyer want and need great job. I’d definitely refer anyone else to Alphorn Ford. Thanks again.

I want to acknowledge that Matt is a man of his word. Matt came through and put me into a car that I have been looking for aggressively for over 3yrs now....My new to me 2010 Volkswagen Beetle convertible was exactly what he said it was, the beetle was pretty much as flawless as a car could possibly be for a 10yr old vehicle, I mean this thing is immaculate.I almost gave up on the purchase due to a communication breakdown. I had wrote a negative review about this dealership and its sales team based on this miscommunication and Matt was quickly on top of it wanting to clear up the issue. My husband and I drove about an hour to look at a newer Edge. The price was amazing and we couldnt pass it up. The customer service was also fantastic! I hate the pushy salesmen type. These guys were laid back, friendly and talked to us like they would a friend. The girl that does the financing is awesome as well, she pushed to get us the best interest rate and payment she could, then after purchasing the vehicle from them they filled the tank up for us! We will definitely be returning customers and sending people their way!

Very disappointed in the vehicle we bought, nothing but problems, the some have been addressed others have not.3 days after purchasing the truck we were quoted around $4000.00 in repairs. the truck needed a full brake job, a part of the steering shaft was broken and needed replacement, oil seals were leaking, water pump was leaking, power steering pump was leaking truck is currently back there and they want another $900.00 to fix the 4 wheel drive that was malfunctioning when we bought it. I also took the time to replace the bad pully and tensioner and the belt they should have replaced when they did the water pump. the sales manager wont return phone calls the service manager deflects to the sales manager. I will never do business with again. will be filling a complaint with the Wisconsin Dot in regards to the laws they broke when we purchased it will also be contacting our attorney to find out about our legal options moving forward. I was really hopeful that this could all be resolved but clearly they just dont care as is evident since this has been dragging on for around 2 months now.

I purchased a used vehicle from Alphorn Ford right around Memorial Day this year. The salesman was very attentive. Now a little over a month and change later I had an issue with the Timing Cover Gasket. It began to leak and I had to have it fixed. What was amazing is Alphorn stood behind their USED vehicle. They assisted me with repair costs even though they werent the ones to do the repairs. Used vehicle was purchased as is as most are and they could have said well sorry that happens sometimes with vehicles with 120k miles, but they didnt. I will absolutely buy from them again if opportunity arises.

FALSELY indicated that the 2014 Ford Focus. went through significant Ford 172 point used vehicle inspection. Literally days later; had it in another Ford dealer to replace the battery and had the clutch replaced due to known issues. Not sure how those items make it through a 172 point inspection. Guess is the inspection did not happen. If you purchase here - make sure you have your mechanic check prior. Do not trust.
