I have a Honda dealership 2 miles from where I live, but instead I chose to drive over 100 miles to Ryan Honda to buy my new 2022 Civic from them. The Respect and Honesty I got from them was something you rarely see in a car dealership. Scott in sales was friendly and professional. Needed service done on my car. Called Atleast 5 times back to back before I could get anyone on the phone. knew what the problem was, fixed in an hour.. car still has trouble cranking>>>It’s out of their hands. They get your money and they’re done.$200 dropped on something that was not even the problem, now time to pay for something else and hope it works.

Took my car in for front brake pads. I had to wait for Honda brake pads to come in, then they were on backorder. Finally I asked the service desk to continue with aftermarket pads. Low and behold pads happen to show up that very day! but was informed my rotors were warped. They were not warped when I took them in. I declined and took the car to another mechanic. He informed me honda service had already turned the rotors but got them out of specs. Never again will I go to this place and I would advise against anyone going there.
Service staff was very courteous and quickly answered all my questions. The work on my Honda CRV was completed in a reasonable time, and I am pleased with the results. This is why I keep going back here for all my maintenance.
I purchased a Scion XD from Ryan Honda in 11/2020. The transaction went well until the dealer sends me an altered title and bill of sales with a different DBA. Texas Tax Collector Department would not accept Ryan Honda documentations. I thought it was a simple process to get the dealership to correct the situation. I soon realized that my sales person and management ignored my concerns and no one called me back to assist me. I have to pretend to contact the accounting department for payment, and I finally get to the right person. It took me two months of running around with Ryan Auto Group to get the title corrected. I purchased the vehicle because of their Christian base but did not count on their Christian ethic to help you. After the sale is made, Ryan Auto Group does not know your names or customer service.
They recently sold my young son his first car that is now not working -Less than two months. Went to Honda service to find out it needs a $500 repair and they don’t have the part needed and don’t know when they will get it. Bad bad service. I was planning to shop there when I start looking, No way will that happen.

Excellent and fast service as always.Update: 3/2/2021I want to start off by saying the staff in the service department are awesome. Great customer service. Ive also never had a problem with bringing my car in for scheduled maintenance or any other issues. Ive always gotten my car back in a reasonable time. Issues are always fixed when needed. Love this place!The reason I dropped a star is because of the way a coupon I brought in was handled. No where on the coupon did it mention a limit to the percentage off. However, the nice lady in service spoke to the manager and informed me that the system doesnt discount over a specific amount. I didnt argue about it because I know she was telling me what her manager said and it wasnt worth the aggravation. However I do know it was a lie simply because the amount of the credit was a little over the max I was told. If Honda doesnt want to honor coupons why send them out?
All the work was good, people nice, but on check out I tried to use my American Express cc and we’d told I would have to pay 3%. I was not told up front so it was a shock. I expressed myself and fortunately had a debit card and paid. I think that is very poor customer service and reflects on the business. It woul be far better to increase your price by 3% and nobody would complain. Not sure if I will return. Was talking to the sales rep about buying a new Pilot for my son. I will not Perdue even though Thad is a family friend. Be sure he sees this. Wayne
The car buying process can be a challenge, and I know a lot of people dread going through the process, however the minute I entered the dealership Scott made me feel comfortable. We got the car we wanted and really feel like we paid a fair price. The whole process, although sometimes I feel like it takes too long, went very smoothly even through the finance office. Everybody at the dealership did a great job including the young man that had the car dusted off for us. The last thing I want to say is thank you to Scott for his service to our country and service at the dealership, in both cases I’ve benefited greatly.

Brought in our 2020 Honda Odyssey for warranty recall work and second visit for a problem with the the infotainment system and all apps losing power and blacking out. I would have given 5 stars, but Ryans did not complete this work 3 months ago - for lack of parts and they never called me back when the parts came in to reschedule. The work seems to have been completed this time. Honda has apparently had a chronic problem with the connection to the main power that operates the infotainment front screen which includes all apps and audio. This work was performed under warranty at no cost to us. According to the service rep, they replaced the button connectors on the wiring to the infotainment system. Hopefully this will be the permanent fix for this problem that Honda has been searching for. Love the ride and many features on this Honda Odyssey, but if they cant fix this infotainment system - then it is a complete deal breaker. When that system is down - almost every function is down from audio, heating/cooling, backup camera, radio, DVD, navigation and every other app goes out. This should be a huge priority for Honda to figure out and fix.

No problem with the oil change and tire repair, but my appointment was at 9, I dropped the car off at around 8:30 and I had to call around 11:30 and get someone to take me to the dealership. They were still working on the tire when I got there. I was told they were really swamped, but three hours for an oil change and tire repair is pretty long. And why make an appointment if you get pushed to the back of the line? Probably going to use my local mechanic next time.

Each time I have needed help regarding my new Accord, all I need to do is drive up to the service side and someone meets me at my car. Most of the times I have been confused about the service messages that pop up on my vehicle. Mosltly bc I have not read my manual. But isn’t it great that I can just drive up! This last time it was time for an oil change and I sat in the waiting area and waited and I was there less than an hour for service to complete the oil change. Thanks Honda for being so accommodating .
Arrived right before lunch for an unscheduled oil change, expecting to have to wait, but got service right away. Even changed one of my headlights free of charge that I had bought a bulb to do myself, but couldn’t get the old one out myself. Thanks guys!
