Decided to try this place because of the reviews and was really glad I did. It didnt take long to find a car I wanted :) The salesman was very friendly & knowledgable. And not pressuring. It was a pretty simple & quick process which was nice. And they put my new plates on for me, after all was said & done :) Overall it was a good experience. Wed buy another car (truck) there too if we could! :)

Ive been buying cars for nearly 55 years. Purchasing through Energy Auto Sales and Todd Withey was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. No pushy sales talk, no bickering, no let me talk to my manager nonsense. Mr Withey was very friendly, helpful, bent over backwards to get me excellent financing. And the vehicle was in spotless condition. It needed a new battery and a few other things, and as we had already begun the process, he told care of those details himself. I cant recommend them enough. Exceptional service, friendliness, care. Top notch. Both Todd and Doug were super nice. This will be my go-to place in future.

Went to look at a specific vehicle and they never once tried to steer me to anything other than what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and clued me into a few features I was unaware of. Very kind staff. I hope I dont need another car anytime soon, but if I do Ill definitely look here first.

Doug was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and prices. Hands down the cleanest, nicest used vehicles you’ll find in Monroe. So happy with our purchase and will definitely use them in the future. Also, they went above and beyond helping us figure out how to refinance our other vehicle by researching our car’s value and banks that could reduce payment by hundreds a month. They are top notch!Update: After about a month and a half the heater stopped working. We took it to a Jeep dealer that quoted us $2400-3600 in repairs so we took it back to Energy. Todd was amazing and got the coolant system fixed for us on the house! He was so professional and understanding, we felt completely taken care of. 100% the best service we have ever received at a dealership!

Best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! This is our 12th vehicle purchase from a car lot. We helped our son purchase his first car. We have seen so many shady salesman through the years but Todd seemed upfront and genuine. This process was seamless. We got what was agreed upon and had no issues or bait and switch scenarios. The lot was smaller but had a lot of really quality inventory (no junk cars)! I would absolutely recommend this lot to anybody!

An honest used car dealer?!? Yes indeed. My daughter fell in love with a MINI on the lot but Ray said he noticed an oil leak when he pulled the car out for the test drive. Said he couldn’t in good conscious sell it to us until it was fixed. It turned out to be in need of a significant repair, which Ray took care of. He could have easily sold us the car with the oil leak; we never would have noticed. Thanks Ray for going the extra mile for us!

**BE ADVISED GIVING YOUR INFORMATION TO ENERGY AUTO SALES**Went in there as a first time buyer. Told the guy named “Scott” at the dealership that i am just starting up and dont have much credit history. Checked out a Toyota and Went in to see what i can do.Next thing i was handed a form to fill up and i asked him “why is my information needed”. He told me just to check my credit and thats all. I ended up the signing and filling the form. He pulled up the information and told me i dont have any credit history which i told him already in the first place.After few days, I started receiving letters from atleast 5-7 “auto loan banks” saying that my application for the credit approval was not approved. Mind you i never gave them my consent or asked them to apply for loan on my behalf.After receiving declined loan letters which i never asked them to apply for me in the first place, i called them and talked to “Scott” again.He was very unprofessional and rude. He didnt want to listen anything i had to say. Kept telling me you will listen to what i have to say and didnt even give me chance to talk about the situation. He also kept telling me how i am not smart enough having a degree.Loan on my behalf was applied to i believe 10 different banks, mind you i just went in to check out a car and see what i can do and left the dealership telling the guy i will let him know what i decide. And “I ENDED UP WITH SEVERAL DECLINED CREDIT APPLICATION”These guys over there are very unprofessional, rude and will go to any extent to get a car off their lot.**Be super careful signing any forms or any papers** you might end up having loan that you dont even want / need in your life.
