Nothing but great things to say about this place despite the fact that I did not end up ultimately buying here (yet). I have always felt that you learn most about people and businesses when you have a problem. In the course of our car search here we did have a problem but the way that Roger dealt with it was top notch!. These guys are as honest as they come and I will definitely be back if we can find the right car. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a used vehicle. They have nothing to hide and will treat you fairly and with respect! Great place to shop for a car!!

Babak is a nice guy, got my inspection passed there.

I went to Auto Track to get a car inspection. I left my phone in my car. I know the phone was there because I got off my phone as I was driving to the dealership and placed it on the passenger seat. I went straight home and locked my car. A couple hours later, I was looking for my phone. I went through my house and car. I checked find my phone and my phone was going down Idlewild road which is 12 miles from my house. Of course when I confronted the gentleman who inspected my car, he denied that he had stolen it.These guys are thieves. I wouldnt get my car inspected there, let alone buy a car from them. Buyer Beware!!!!

Bought many cars over the years. Never have I been treated so kindly. These fine people are honest and surpass the industry standard for integrity. I had a small issue with car I bought and they responded immediately after hours on the weekend. They took care of it the very next day. Awesome customer service. I have never gone to another car dealer and gotten better experience. The staff, Babak and Armand, have always gone above and beyond to take care of any problems/issues that have come up with the cars I have purchased from them.

False promises only tell you what you want to hear. Bought a work van their, babak promised when I would return to buy another van he would give me a great deal. So when I called them 6-7 months later when I was ready to buy another van I was given the run around, and hung up on by staff. I finally got a call back from babak telling me he would give me $200 off a $3000 deposit I purchased a different vehicle from east Charlotte Nissan without false promises. This place is garbage.Your response has nothing to do with what my review contained. I stopped paying because you rip people off and tell them you will give them a discount if they come back and offer them a $200 off a $3000 deposit. Up until your call back payment were made on time and I wasn’t behind. Your place is still garbage.
