Ryan is good he helps you understand but THIS IS INSANE Ive purchased this car a WEEK AGO and non-stop this has been a pain!! Ive driven this car ONLY to take it back and forth to them I only came to this dealer due to the reviews boy do I regret it! When I came in I mention to Sangie I had $3000 should get you a decent car right? The deal was said to be set then when she called to say If I was approved or not she said I had to put 4000 down NOT A PROBLEM I myself have already taken it to the GMC dealer spent 420 it keeps throwing a code P0300 noone can seem to figure out whats wrong with it! They keep changing parts and parts and dang light keeps appearing!! I bought a car due to needing one and turns out I bought a car just drive it an hour and 30 minutes back and forth every 2 days for them to fix it on the good note you get a 30 day courtesy for the repairs but once your in a deal YOUR STUCK and finally it rains and boom it leaks....shook

I purchased a 2008 lexus with 115,000 miles. The first 2days of having the car my check engine light came on and tracking stability light. I was told to keep driving the car and just bring it in when I had a chance. Car left me stranded. I was told that I had to get the car told there. Then was told that the transmission is bad and that it will take over 10days to fix and I was asked to pay $800 dollars as a payment. Im also being told that even tho I didnt have the car for a week that.I cant get my money back and my 30 day warranty doesnt start over. Then I look thru the contract and see that Im being charged and extra 7500 for what I dont know. But my 13000 car somehow went up to 23,000. Im without a car and have to make payments . I do t recommend this company to anybody.

Kevin C was an amazing car salesman. We had the greatest time there looking for a car. We got a pathfinder and love it so much. Everyone was smiling and trying to work so hard in getting us the suv we wanted. It wasn’t a hard or long process. We truly had a great experience and am glad we went there for a car. This is a great place to buy a pre-owned car. We bought our Honda Oddyssey from them, on Saturday, and it was a smooth and surprisingly relaxing event. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. Me and my husband got a car from them and it started smoking and leaking oil time we got it home. Took it back and they claimed to fix the problem but the problem was never fixed. The manager kept telling us it was just burning oil off the motor from repairs they claimed they did.Now we are stuck paying for car repairs and havent had time to even enjoy the car.This place really suck.

We have been looking for a new car for a few weeks now and not finding anything that fits our budget or the mileage in the vehicle that we were wanting. We found a 2013 GMC Arcadia at Car By U. The process was fantastic. Xavier was very helpful. We were able to quickly and efficiently get the new vehicle without a lot of haggling or back and forth that is normal with a car dealership. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend others to come by here if they need a new vehicle.

I bought a car from this place the sells man was wonderful thank you so much on the car been making my payments on time etc I changed my insurance on a Friday get a call at 3pm while I’m at work an a email from Delia Munoz saying they are going to tow my car an make me pay a 450 tow fee plus a $35 a day charge an a $50 handling fee never gave me the chance to even call because I was clocked in I clock in at 1pm at work smh great sells person but a bad rep lady smh

We drove 170 miles to look at a specific truck. We get there and check the truck out and wanted to test drive it. When we had 2 car seats installed the sales rep brought a form to sign, when we asked what it was for she said it was the credit form. They were going to run credit check for a test drive?! We gave the keys back and left.
