Had a great experience working with Zach to put my wife in her car. I found the vehicle she wanted online and Zach was very helpful and professional. He took the time to send me pictures that I requested and worked to get the financing squared away. He was professional and responsive to my calls and texts all along the way. After a test drive and inspection, All the paperwork was prepared and ready to go when I arrived to sign. Took 10 minutes tops and I was out the door. Fantastic!

We were pleased with our purchase at Brandon Reeves auto world, however we’re not so pleased now! It’s been 3 weeks since we bought the truck And still no tag! My husband called Zach who was the salesman that worked with us and He said He would check on it, but He didn’t. My husband called back a week later still no tag, Zach had not checked on it so a couple more calls to find out the information for a new tag had not been sent out from Brandon Reeves auto world as it should of been! Now our paper tag runs out in a few day !?? Bad business and Zach was slack about checking on his customers making sure it was a smooth transaction!

I would definitely recommend Brandon Reeves! They were very easy to work with, gave us a great amount on our trade and have been great through the entire process. We even had an issue come up where we had to bring the vehicle back in for service and they were beyond helpful in getting it resolved. We personally worked with Doug as our salesman and Andrew in the service department. They were both friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very good experience! Zach was personable, helpful and really easy to work with. I made the hour drive to check out my Jeep the first time but someone had put down a deposit. Luckily for me, the sale fell through before I bought anything else.Zach called me back a few days later to give me the first shot to purchase. They didnt stalk us during the process and allowed us plenty of space to test drive and look at the vehicle we wanted privately. Great work guys!!- I did read a few negative comments about this dealership with how their car was messed up after so many miles were put on it. As an experienced used car buyer sometimes these things happen but are not seen when you first purchase the vehicle, this is the gamble you take when you buy a used car. I would not say this dealership would do it intentionally by any means! This dealership does offer extended warranties for purchase, I would recommend if you are planning on purchasing a diesel to get one because getting work done on a diesel is not cheap!Go see these guys today!!!

I went to dealerships. The saleman was to busy to with phone call and other customer he told in multiple times that he have another offer and he dont take my offer. After waiting 3 hour they do not take my offer. Evrything happen for a reason. Not recommended. That is my own opinion.4 months agoHorrible place to buy a car. Salespeople are very unprofessional. We got a call on the way to pick up a truck saying they had already sold it after we stated we were coming to get it. We even had our bank call to tell them we were coming to get it. While Zach was very polite at helping me with my car purchase heres where it all goes very wrong. I purchased a Tesla model x from this third party car lot. It had the needs service light on and I asked Brandon to assure me that nothing was wrong before purchasing a $56,000 car. He said oh it just needs a software update. Three days after buying the car I get my account setup with Tesla which was a nightmare because they never transferred the account. My car started saying it may not restart and it had a full battery after 3 days as well. It was right it didnt restart! I had to get it towed to Tesla and now they have my car that I just bought until 11/30. I needed the car for Thanskgiving but nope..not happening. They said they have to order and replace parts!! Next time you sell a special type car have it serviced when the service light is on. I called Brandon Reeves and left a message and didnt receive a call back on this. Was ripped off. If you buy a car here run a carfax to see if its been serviced and definitely research service lights. Fyi Brandon Reeves if there is a service light that is bad Tesla said.

Disappointed. Found a potential vehicle on FB market. Vehicle had been sitting on the lot for almost 4 months since 3/1/2020. Called to let them know I was interested and that as soon as I got off work Id be coming. They scheduled my appointment. After getting on a toll road and two exits away I get called and told the vehicle was sold. Understand it is a car lot and they just want to get their sell, but very disappointed that they scheduled an appointment for me to come, I drive an hour and then a car that hadnt sold in 4 months suddenly sells within 4 hours of me calling and 10 minutes before I was to arrive.

By far the BEST car buying experience Ive ever had!! I have purchased many high end used cars over the years because I refuse to take the initial loss of a new purchase. This was easy, found what I wanted, told them I would not haggle, they said this is price, I said I want this for trade 10 minutes later I left, 2 hours later they said come pick up your new car. All expectations met!!

Big dealership selection, and knowledge with small dealership friendly customer service. Everyone was very helpful but not pushy. Staff were all very knowledgeable about the cars they had available and are obviously proud to work there. I bought a used Explorer recently and had a great experience, quick and easy purchasing process. In the first week I had a small problem with the car, not their fault, and they got me right in the next day and fixed it no questions asked. The repair center in the back was very impressive. Ill definitely consider doing business here the next time my family is ready for a car.

I would not take me vehicle to get repaired there I got a 2013 ford150 there and.the check engine light came on I went there and they said they would do it for half price and it was higher than taking it somewhere else I didnt even have 200 miles on it the light came on 4 times by then I got someone y to fix it I dont think I will be going back to them again

Drove 400 miles round trip because they couldn’t answer an email or tell me over the phone the details of a vehicle that turned out to be a rust bucket. To make it worse, you could tell the wheel wells/ suspension parts had been painted over to conceal the rust that was so obvious underneath. Any dealer that would do this or try to tell you that it could be “easily fixed” (there were holes in the body 5+”); while asking full price for a vehicle can surely not be trusted!

Terrible, I was wondering why the car that was purchased from them in October was giving me problems since day 2 well just found out that the miles was pushed back, it wasnt the original miles on the car and I thought I was getting a vehicle that would last me some years, highly doubt it, the car wasnt worth the amount they got for it, was definitely ripped off.

Just dropped in looking around. Wasnt going to buy nothing right now. My money is low but the people there are very nice and not pushy like a lot of car dealerships.

Waste of time, my credit score is 746, I had already been approved for a 48,000 dollar new truck but all I wanted was a used work truck. They submitted my credit to a couple credit unions followed by a letter to me saying my credit was not good enough, it was not my credit, it was the age and miles of the truck that would not go through the finance company.( They advertise easy financing for all) Two weeks later I called another company with same year truck, same price and more mileage, 20 minutes later I got a phone call to come pick it up, its out in the yard now.Communication is a big problem with Brandon Reeves Auto, we could have closed that deal if I had someone to work with me, I wasnt happy, I wasted two weeks and 3 inquiries on my credit report for nothing.

My Husband bought a Dodge Ram 2500. We live in Pennsylvania so we wanted to make sure that the truck was worth traveling down for. Sales man was more than willing to show us videos, photos or whatever we wanted. We ended up buying the truck and driving it back to PA. The truck needed all new brakes and rotors to even pass inspection. After it sat in our garage for a whole night, we had a clear oil leak underneath the truck as well. Took it to the mechanic, along with the brakes and rotors, it needs a new rear seal, U-joints and a transmission issue. We called the next day and one of the sales man said all used cars leak oil and that it passed inspection in North Carolina. They also ignored several calls and offered a whole 300$ to help us out. One of the worst used car experiences I have every seen. I would not recommend Brandon Reeves to anyone, and from the reviews below, it seems like multiple people have had the same experience. WOW! A company just trying to make a buck. BEWARE!

I did a vehicle valuation with kelly blue book online and Brandon Reeves Auto World Gabe me am offer. I have sold cars to car max in the past so I also did a valuation with car max. Brandon Reeves gave me $1,000 more than car max offered me and the process to sell them the car was so fast and efficient. They cut me a check that I was able to take to their bank and cash right away, with car max they give you a bank draft that has to be deposited and takes several days to clear. I was extremely impressed with how they took care of me. I will definitely use these guys again next time I need to sell my vehicle.

I came here for a car that was online with 18k miles and...it was 26k instead 😂 I tried to ask some question about car history and the guy became aggressive. This is the place to buy your next car or truck. They have a very large selection of good used vehicles. These folks will be honest with you. They will service what they sale even after the sale is done. My wife and I have bought 2 vehicles here and never had a minutes problem with either. We still have both of these and one of them is now 15 years old and no major repairs to this day. You can talk to the owner or one of the spokespersons and get the same great deal. I know what most folks say about car dealers and politicians however these folks a Brandon Reaves are honest in their deals. Next time Im in the market for a car or truck this will be my first stop. I drove 120 miles to buy here and Ill do it again next time. Tell em papa sent you!

Our truck was totaled and my wife and I started the loathsome task of car shopping. I needed something soon as I have a side business. The first place we went to was Brandon Reeves. Rodney came out to help us and I was a bit abrasive to him which I later apologized for. He was very patient with us as I was constantly emailing him asking questions. We looked elsewhere, but was not treated well by the others. The dealership that we purchased our last two trucks from wouldnt work with us, despite us never being late and paying both off early. We got approved by our bank and I called Rodney about what we were looking for and about an hour later, he called and said he had one for us to look at. We bought it that day. Caitlyn called us to make sure he was taking good care of us that morning. Everyone that we have had contact with was very nice. I highly recommend this dealership.

ALL of my interactions with Brandon Reeves Auto World have been good. The vehicles are mechanically inspected, repaired if needed and detailed. My vehicle runs, drives and on occasion needs maintenance. I accept this by taking OWNERSHIP of MY vehicle I BOUGHT from the dealer. Batteries die, tires and brakes wear out, mechanical stuff happens. I DO NOT EXPECT, the dealer to pay for and replace these items. Being a traveling sales guy, I did my research to find the MOST RELIABLE car for me to pile the miles on. I would recommend this dealer, they have great selection and good finance options.

DO NOT BUY FROM BRANDON REEVES!We overpaid, which we admit was our own fault because we were in a rush. We also bought a $1700 warranty that apparently covers nothing. We were told that our vehicle had been through many inspections to make sure that it was safe. On our way home, we noticed that a brake light was out. Upon further inspection, the whole light system was very visibly clogged with water and debris. They agreed to fix it but they just did a cheap quick fix. The light went out again a few days later. We had to take it to another car repair place and they told us that Brandon Reeves did not take care of the actual problem. So, our light is still broken. When we tried to use the a/c, it was blowing out hot air. This is something that you would think would be part of an inspection as well. The hatch back would not stay open unless it was manually held open, so we repaired that ourselves. Then, the best part...we saw the tire pressure light coming on, so we took it to a local repair shop (Brandon Reeves is 45 minutes from us). They told us that the car actually has tires on it that are too small for the car. So, the car needs ALL new tires. We called Brandon Reeves and let them know how disappointed we were that they did not catch all of these things when they did their inspection, especially about the tires because we have 5 children and this is a serious safety issue. They said that they do not inspect their cars prior to sale, that they sell them as is. Our jaws dropped at that point. How can you advertise that you do all of these inspections and then after the sale, when a problem arises, you say that you do not inspect your vehicles prior to sale? They were obnoxiously rude, pompous, and offensive and refused to do anything about the tires being wrong. I would not even consider them again. They are sneaks and liars.

Just drove off the lot with a fantastic car! My husband and I had been looking all over Charlotte for a used SUV but couldn’t find one in our price range. When we stepped on to BRAW, we were treated like family and shown some beautiful cars. We could not have asked for a greater purchase (excellent priced SUV in the area), a great sales team (Samuel and Wil) and a smooth transition. Brandon Reeves Auto World is a rip off with sales people who do not give the customer the proper attention or whatever you would like to call it that is needed. Have had to call numerous times about a vehicle I bought there and the so called Sales Manager has not actually returned ONE phone call allowing their 30 day Warranty to expire, go figure. The owner was also supposed to contact me regarding the matter and yet went out of town during this process. I would HIGHLY recommend staying as far away from these clowns as possible until they learn to be more professional!

Nothing but spam email once they get your info. Christina Love has an auto emailer that she never checks, get nothing but constant emails from her now even though I have asked to be removed numerous times cause I am no longer searching for a car.Edited... Owner contacted me and apologized said it had been fixed so no longer spam emails.

Go to a reputable dealership and avoid the deceptive sales tricks. I was willing to pay the full price for a vehicle as described on the phone by the sales rep at Brandon Reeves Auto World. She assured me any tears on the seats were repaired, there was no cosmetic damage to the vehicle and no issues under the hood. I told her I needed the details because I was driving over 2 hours to inspect and most likely purchase. I took this trip with my wife and 2 children in hopes to drive the vehicle back home. It is apparent the sales rep never even walked out to the truck to look at since theres two dents in the front bumper in the chrome and the bumper is jacked to one side, several chips and scratches, it looks as if someone took a hammer to the driver side back panel, a tear in the back seat, and wet oil visible under the block after it was running a while. This was a wasted trip, day, miles on my vehicle, gas and time. I do not take lightly to deceptive, ignorant, misleading, false advertisement or snake oil sales tricks. I told another rep this same information and he apparently decided it wasnt important to relay this to the manager.The manager was informed I was just upset about the price. I then informed the manager of the same issues and I never received another response.The reps here will lie to you and they do not care how far you may be driving to inspect a vehicle.

I did not buy a car here, however my sales rep Kevin Campbell was extremely nice and helpful, not pushy at all. I would have loved to buy a car from him, but they didnt have the car i wanted. I will go back for future car purchases. Over all a pleasent experience save not finding the car for me.

I had searched within 75 miles radius for a truck with an eight foot bed. Brandon Reeves was the only place I could find. I drove 50 miles from my house to Brandon Reeves and found just what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget. I have had the truck for over three months and it is still performing to my expectations. I also found the staff at Brandon Reeves Auto to be very friendly and didnt presure me to buy.

I bought my last car there and truly enjoyed the experience, There were no pushy salesman, in fact Rodney made it a joy. I will tell all my family and friends to come and buy their vehicles there.

Sold me a dodge 2500 and then two days later transmission went out. I called to see if I could return it or get help to pay for fixing it since I had it for less than 48hrs. They wouldnt help and wont take it back. Stay away from them. Save your time and money and go to a real dealerUPDATE, so I have had the truck for a little bit now and since I bought it I had to rebuild the transmission, have all the boots replaced, put in a new intercooler, and now I have a turbo leaking oil. This truck is a piece of junk.

Wish I would have read reviews before I purchased .James the salesman was very helpful was the only positive I can say.purchased a 2014 ram with 56, xxx miles on it with heated leather seats, fog lights, bumper mounted lights,and a winch none of these items work .also had a set of tires over inflated so sensor light would go off on the dash at time of purchase noticed this 2 days after purchase which cost me a new set of tires I am now told I can pay there shop to do the repairs on all items above except for fog lights they will fix at no charge to me .They did repaint the roof of truck which had several holes filled with silicone caulk . I would advise everyone to beware of this dealership and their practices as I will share my experience with everyone I can they are not in the repeat customer business in my opinion. Hopefully this review will help someone.in response to you the tires had a max pressure of 65 the truck requires 75 in the front and 80 in the rear to turn light on dash off not a personal preference not wanting to ride around with warning lights on .as far as lights on bumper was told not to worry just a simple wire that they worked before your mechanic removed a console in the floor by your employee and I did not see your response for advertising a truck with heated leather seats that dont work .I looked at the truck and test drove for a short while before you closed did not test every feature in short amount of time but assumed you would honor someone calling the next day with other issues that were found you have my number and are welcome to call me

This is the best dealership in the area hands down. They have a huge selection of clean, late model vehicles. The sales staff is a pleasure to deal with and the service team stands behind every sale. This is the only place I shop when in the market for a vehicle.

I waited a few months before i decided to write a review bc i wanted to make sure my car would still run after the warranty ran out and to make sure no lights were coming across the dashboard for me to get maintenance done on it. But I purchased my dream car from them in Feb of 2019. Sam was my sales rep and bc of him i am giving this review a 5 star. He was very nice and professional. He gave me the facts straight and reassured me that he wasnt trying to get over on me. I brought my brother when i first looked at the car bc he knows cars, the value of them, etc., and i brought my ex with me the next day to pick it up. I could care less about the owner bc i could feel his vibes through the glass. Sam was very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered PROFESSIONALLY!! He made the paperwork very easy to understand and there were no tricks...i drove 2 hours to pick up the car and when i got there all i had to do was sign my papers and leave. I had my bank to finance the car so that part was easy...This took all of 5 minutes bc he communicated with me over the phone so all i had to do was come in and sign the papers when i got there. although i originally wanted to trade my car in and they gave me a really good deal on the trade in value, the best thing for me was to keep my old car and purchase the new one. I did and im glad i actually kept my old car. If u are deciding to purchase from them your go to man is Sam.
