I started using Bulldog tire last year with some flat repairs. Took my pickup in to have the breaks checked today. They did a complete brake job with new rotors for half the price that I was quoted at another shop. The team at Bulldog are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them. I have another major repair that is needed on the front end and will definitely use The team at Bulldog for that repair.

They Really do take care of their customers. I took my car there to get a second opinion on something I was told needed to be done by one of the big discount tire places that was a pretty hefty repair and the problem they said it was wasn’t a likely problem to have. The guys here at bulldog took a look at it for me they said they saw nothing wrong with it and all it needed was an alignment and a tire. That was way better than an unnecessary $900 repair that was recommended to me by the big discount tire place. I greatly appreciate the peace of mind I got after coming here.

Taking my cars here for ten years. Service is always prompt and proficiently performed. Usually get oil changes or new tires, but they also front end and other repairs.

This place is somewhat catchy.... I recommend Pep boys simply because these bulldog guys seem to try to get over on you such as tell you you need something done to your car...otherwise according to the second opinion elsewhere theyre always wrong. I suggest any woman that gets her vehicle serviced here...please take a educated mechanic MALE with you! These bulldog guys are just for the money and competition...they careless about your budget or your car.

**This is a long review**I am giving them to Stars because I have been to Bulldog Tire plenty of times before this horrible encounter. I went to Bulldog Tire on Thursday 4/19/18 at 10:30 a.m. I am a female and dont know much about vehicles, my car is shaking really bad when I get to 55 mph I was told by two different tire shops I needed alignment 1 set alignment and a tire I always do business at Bulldog Tire so decided to take my vehicle there for them to test drive it and tell me what the real issue was as they have done previously. I called ahead as soon as they opened to see if they were swamped and if I could possibly make an appointment and they advised that they were not that busy today and it is first come first serve unless youre getting an oil change or brakes. So when I walked in I was not greeted and Fact one of the two men at the counter spoke to a man that came in after me and said that will be with you shortly sir. It was my turn and I get to the older gentleman at the counter and tell him that the two tire places told me I need a lineman if they could test drive it for me. He told me and a very condescending way well thats obviously not alignment if its shaking you probably need your tires balanced or something I advised I am willing to pay for whatever needs to be fixed I just needed to know what needs to be fixed. He advised people are telling me the wrong information its probably nothing serious. I then asked if they can just look at the vehicle and give me their take on it. He said I guess where are your keys and then ask for my name and phone number and wrote it down on a piece of paper I advised I would leave the car up there rather than wait in person. I drop the vehicle off at 10:30 a.m. Then ask at noon I gave them a call because I had to run to Athens so wanted to know if they had a chance to look at it yet. And when I called they said no they did not look at it (mind you before I even left they pulled my car to the back) so I went to Athens and handled my business and gave them a call at 1:30 to see if there has been any progress or if I could get a time frame so that the vehicle was not just sitting up there the man on the phone told me they looked at the tires but did not test drive it yet. So I told him before anything was done on the vehicle I just wanted to know what they thought and asked if he can give me a call back once they get to it. There were three customers and their two of which were behind me so I thought it would only take a second for them to test drive it. So finally I called back at 3 p.m And asked if there were any updates the older gentleman on the phone said come get it its out front. I asked what was done he said well go over it when you get here. When I got there they advised that they balance the tires and that was all that needed to be done. I told them I did not authorize them to do any work on the vehicle without communicating with me first he advised since they already did the work I had to pay $59. I did not have a problem paying that at all however I have been trying to communicate with them throughout the day they should have at least called me to ask me if I wanted them to balance the tires. As soon as I left Bulldog Tire and pulled into my driveway my tire pressure light came on and as I was driving it was pulling to the right and still shaking. Also I got an oil change from Bulldog Tire last month and my car Burns oil fast so I asked if they could top off my oil they did not do that either. I used to love Bulldog Tire because I felt as though they were so honest however I am so disappointed and this last visit I wish I would have gotten names but I will never go back.UpdateI took my car elsewhere and they found 2 nails in my tire so it was a slow leak. So I doubt they even looked at my tires.

My tire balance light came on went to have my tires rotated .Thinking maybe i had a low tire . when i left from having my tires done..the light was still on . They didnt offer me any assistance with the issue at all even after me asking about it. I guess it was to close to closing time.Normally very satisfied, but not this trip.

Spoke with Mark every step of the way. Even though they were busy, they made time to diagnose the problem quickly. No BS or upselling. Trust is hard to find in a good mechanic. I will be coming back with all my car problems I cant fix on my own. No complaints at all.

Dropped my truck off at 9:30am to get an alignment and to mount my tires and wheels I got for Christmas. A couple of the tires were worn but when I called at 4:30 to see if my truck was finished they told me it was done. I go to pick up my truck and Nothing has been done but the oil change (which I normally do myself but since it was getting all the other work done I figure why not just let them do it). Zero communication throughout the day on the decisions they were making about my truck. They told me they thought the tires I had on there were better than what I wanted them to put on there. I was not paying to have them tell what they thought was better, I was paying To have my tires and wheels put on my truck and have it aligned. Neither of which happened. When it is time to buy tires, I will be going elsewhere. Who knows they may just decide to put different tires on my truck because they think there are better options. The ONLY reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because I did get a phone call around 1 from Jamie, telling me that I probably needed two new tires. It was the only honest thing I heard all day.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!I went in with one thing wrong and left with five. They refused to acknowledge they messed up my car. When I addressed Gary about it he was incredibly rude and said he didnt want my business even though everything was their fault. I had to stand my ground and remind these car experts what they did to my car and eventually got my money back after a long back and forth and being completely disrespected.

I have been served by the team at Bulldog Tire Company, of Monroe GA for many years now. I have obtained quality tires at affordable prices on a number of occasions. The maintenance services I have received have been prompt and reliable. The entire team is dedicated, indujstrious, courteous, and friendlyto a fault. I cant recommend this business favorably enough.

When I first moved to Monroe, the first place I wanted to hunt down was a reliable company to take my car to. I found Bulldog Tire on the first oil change and havent looked any further! Everyone there is fantastic! I dont feel talked down to or pressured into needless repairs. I also adore their customer service. As a stickler for providing top tier customer service myself, I have seen (and experienced) these gentlemen go above and beyond to make sure that people leave their establishment happy. I recommend them to everyone!

These people are complete liars. I took my 2005 Acura to them thinking I could get a decent price for a break job. They did a brake inspection took my tires off and told me that my rotors had cracks and that they would need to be replaced as soon as possible for over $300. I then take my car to Phil Hughes Honda in Athens and they tell me that I only need to re-surface my front rotors that there were no cracks in my rotors that they could be salvaged and replace front brake pads. So ridiculous. Do you not take your car to this shop!!!!!

Terrible I just had my wheels painted and they scratched one of them, on one wheel the lugnuts were not tightened enough( loose but not finger loose) they kept my spacer I had on one of them as well.

They were closing early for Christmas but they took the time to fix my flat tire. Awesome service!

They are crooks, been there twice, each time i was overcharged on labor, i had a simple 30 min job which i could have done myself, these so called mechanics claim it took them 2hrs. They get you asking you to leave the car with them, that way you cant track the time they have it back there.

Make sure you go see Doc for all your repairs.
