Excellent service. They diagnosed my 2001 S10s failure to start as a failing battery and found some possible problems with the battery light being on as well, offering to investigate the issue further without charging me unless I authorized more tests.Thank you for being honest!

Professional customer service. Asked them varuous questions about a previous repair and they went straight to my car, lady in front counter sent one of their mechanics and a supervisor and the first fixed the issue, the supervisor was very courteous and explained to me what was in his opinion the second issue i am having and what to look for in the future. Lady at the front counter, enjoys her line of work you can tell right away she organized these machanics to help me. A-1, the Rolls Royce in auto center services.

My initial contact was unpleasant. I requested a battery replacement and was told that it would be next week before they could get to it. I was also told that that maybe I would be quoted a price for the new battery by tomorrow. I felt as and if future communication would be difficult and undependable and chose an alternate shop as a result. As an out of town visitor stranded with an inop auto, I had already sustained much difficulty and expense returning home with an entire weekend consumed by a trip that should have taken two hours ...and admittedly was out of patience. I just wasnt ready to begin another hastle that could last for another week.This is not a comment on the quality of service as this was not experienced, only a comment on my impression of the customer service attitude at A-1. I hope your experience is better than mine.

The ONLY place to go for car repairs! We have been using them for multiple vehicles over many years, I always trust them, their work, and their quoted prices. The wonderful staff is friendly and personable, and they always give you a detailed report and estimate BEFORE they work on anything, and they really understand that peoples cars and trucks can not be sitting for days, so they work as quickly as they possibly can to finish it, finish it right, and yet never using shortcuts or doing shoddy work. These people are all great. Ill continue to take vehicles there until they close the doors and retire!

I am from Michigan and now live in Ohio. My alternator went while visiting and ended up being towed to A1. They handled all the warranty details, kept me informed and even arranged so I could pick up my car after their normal business hours. Very happy with results and service.

Prices are the only reason for 4 stars. Dont get me wrong you get what you pay for and the girls at the front desk are very nice and knowledgable. Correct part and repair first time every time, I just dont like the hit to my savings account. Worth it I guess to prevent frustration.

Excellent service. Relative was traveling thru town and car broke down. Staff was very accommodating and with reasonable cost. They spent quite a bit of time but charged just the basic fee. Thanks A-1!

Ive been going to A-1 for over 30 years now. I feel the staff is very knowledgeable & family friendly. There are numerous employees that seem to be lifers. That alone says something. Its nice to go into a facility and see the same employees year after year. In my opinion, A-1 Auto Center is top notch.

The worse customer service ever dealt with in my life, the owner lady is rude and very very unprofessional, stay away people, I been waiting all day for my car to be looked at and the owner said I will not touch it, stay away shes not appreciative of the business

I changed the rotors & break pads on my grandmothers van and I made the mistake of not bleeding the breaks like a fool. Anyways long story short I didnt have the time to fix it so grama took it to a1 and the bill was over $750 and they told her the rotors were bad and the pads needed changed. They were a few days old. Come on guys ...... I read the invoice and was shocked they would rip a woman off

Blatantly ignored what I said my car was doing and wasted an entire day with my car because It wasnt acting up instead of calling me for further information that i already told them 2 days prior when I scheduled my appointment.

Very disappointed in my service there. They stated that the problem might be a $420.00 repair. Needless to say went elsewhere and problem was accurately addressed and repaired for $180.00 Beware! Will not be returning or recommending A-1 repair

Dealing with auto repair places can be an adventure. However this place really wowed me. They were helpful, and fixed my car problem for a fair price. They did win my business going forward.

Had a waterpump replaced on Friday. Monday morning the car over heated and was acting the same way it did before we took it in . We paid good money and received a car back with the same problem.

My sister went there to get a water pump and radiator fan put in her car. They charged her $250 for the water pump and $220 for a radiator fan. Both the parts from autozoe are $100 altogether. So they over charged he $370 for parts. And then they chacharged her $560 for labor. And it ended up overheating within 1 day. She called to address the situation and received extremely disrespectful respond.
