State Farm recommended Monroe Glass Shop. Called on Monday and they were able to get me in by Thursday to have my windshield replaced after it was hit with a rock! Mike helped me with the claim with my insurance which was very helpful. New windshield looks great. Thanks so much guys!!!

Old man who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I needed a back blacks for my truck and he insisted I have to buy the entire glass rather than the one piece broken. Also told me you absolutely can not buy just one piece of glass which is also a lie. I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma you can order each section of the glass. I would never in my life recommend this place to anyone. DONT BOTHER CALLING

Shop did a good job on the glass repair, but upon picking my truck up there was a 1 inch long chip of paint on the drivers door and the vent visor was laying in the drivers seat. The truck which is almost brand new was left there after hours with the doors locked and the keys in their box. They claim that when they got in the truck the vent shade was already in the seat and the chip was on the door. Both are physically impossible due to the truck being locked and the drivers door having been painted just days before. They claim zero fault and refuse to fix the issues that happened while the vehicle was in their possession. They lie and do not stand behind their mistakes. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Recommended by a friend to get my rear view mirror reattached. They did it in under 5 mins and the friendliest guy was working there. Only $10. You can’t even buy the one time use DIY kits for that price. Well later my wife noticed the mirror was flipped upside down on the ball joint so I went back in because I couldn’t flip it around without it hitting the car roof and didn’t want to risk ripping the mirror off again. Same guy was like oh man I should have seen that and he was able to twist it off and fix it all again in under ten minutes. It really wasn’t even his fault I should have noticed too. When I need a new windshield I’m going here for sure. A+ local business all the way.

These guys are the best. I took in my 84 toyota with a broken back glass. No longer available. They said if I could find a ebay replacement to send them a picture. If it looked Ok I could buy it and they would be glad to put it in for me.All the other 4 shops I called said no cant help you.These guys went the extra mile. Found a new one on Amazon they approved and put it in today!!!
