I called their office for a not so typical request. I was met with great customer service and nice people. Every person at the shop was polite and professional. They completed my job with no issues, and their work is top notch. We will be bringing all of our cars back for the TLC they need.

We had a drivers seat that the leather was falling apart. They really did a fantastic job matching the stitching to keep it matching the other seats. The quality appears to be superior to the factory leather. Would highly recommend B & M to anyone.

Note business ownership changed hands a couple years ago. I used B&M to replace a cracked windshield on our SUV. Jeff, the owner, did the work while I watched (I asked, and he didnt mind). Truly skillful people, Brought to them a very difficult task that NO one in the surrounding didnt want to touch, these guys knocked it out in a week. Its been a year since the project and the leather is still like new. This particular item was a 1980s Business Class Airplane seat. I never review anyone but these guys really deserve it. Amazing JOB!

Quality work at reasonable price, done quickly! Scheduled ahead to bring my F-350 King Ranch in for drivers seat repair where leather had torn from getting in/out. B&M was able to use the existing leather and restitch the seam. Appearance looks like factory, flawless! Dropped truck off at 8am, was finished by 1pm, cost $125. A new aftermarket KR seat bottom cover would have been $300 online, plus installation cost. Very satisfied customer!

My experience at B & M Upholstery could not have been worse. I purchased a complete interior for my car and all B&M had to do was install the glass, seatbelts and the interior. I would go by and check on the car and they gave me a very condescending attitude and talked down to my wife with their good old boy attitude to the point on future visits she refused to get out of the car. Bottom line, my car sat in their shop for six months untouched. They damaged my interior and didnt accept blame, they scratched and damaged my car and didnt accept blame. They insulted me telling me they didnt work on the car because they didnt know the status of the finances. When it came down to it, they explained the seat belts were the hold up and they were not going to install them. So when I picked my car up so I could take it and have the seat belts installed at another shop, they told me not to bring the car back because they didnt want my business. They wasted my time for six months and caused warrantees to expire. In the future when I am at a car show and anyone asks where I got my work done, the first thing I am going to tell them is where NOT to take their car for upholstery work. B&M was simply terrible!
