Great customer service. They know what they are talking about and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They are busy so make appointment if you can. They do there best to work you in if you are in a bind. There is a reason that they are always busy because they do good work. Highly recommend them.

Stopped by to get tires mounted and balanced. Understand that Saturday’s are busy…however 5 people walked by telling me someone else will be with me (acting like doing their job is super inconvenient). Finally someone else came by to assist and when I asked if they were able to mount balance some tires today the immediate response was just a shake of the head nope! Didn’t even ask if I was able to leave it for the day or if I was planning on staying or really any questions regarding the services I needed today. Customer service there was terrible. I work in this industry as well so I know how being busy, especially on a Saturday can be overwhelming, but that’s never a reason to entirely dismiss an potential customers. The nicest person in there was actually a tech…not the office staff. Think they are all too comfortable being essentially the only tire shop in town. Will definitely not be coming back.

I went in to get new tires, found out all my fuses were broke as well. Being a Single Mom you Definitely need fuses to let you know tires are low. The man who was helping me was Great. He wasnt trying to get me to buy extra stuff I didnt need. I Appreciate All his Help.. Keep up the Good work.

Bought 2 full sets of tires for my wifes car And my truck. When i went to pick up my vehicles, i noticed a pretty nice gouge on one of the rims on my wifes car. I brought it to my salesmans attention. He came out and looked at it. And said he would take care of it for me. And they did.. 3 days later had a new rim. Great customer service. Took my car in, was souppose to get 2 back tires. They only chaged one (remind you its been there for 24 hours now by the time I go up there) so had to tell them to chnage the other. Come back 3 hours later my car is scratched on the side.Just bought this car a week ago so I know there was no scratches at all on it beforehand smh

I made an appointment and arrived on time.After the service advisor checked me in I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours while others came in behind me, had their vehicles serviced and left while my vehicle was not even in a bay. When I inquired about the issue I was informed my order had been put in the wrong slot.After telling them to cancel my service and leaving the facility my credit card was still billed.Belle tire lost an $800 sale and a 10 year customer. I am done with them.

Their prices and service are so good that I always feel like theres gonna be a catch...some hidden fee or half donkey products... still waiting for the other shoe to drop, but I need to just come to grips that its not gonna happen...they really are the best from service, product, and pricing... even when they could have sold me on a $300+ tire that I was totally willing to pay, they didnt...offered a $20 out the door fix that is guaranteed for the life of the tire...amazing!

This is the best Belle Tire I have ever been to. The sales team and the mechanics are all very professional & were kind to a woman that knows nothing about her car, other than it was broken and shaking. They reminded me they are not an engine shop, but there were clear things wrong with mine that they worked on for me & probably saved me from my engine exploding due to a misfire in my 3rd cylinder. They have always been great for oil changes, but now they have become the most trusted name in Monroe for basic car needs for me. I cannot thank this team enough for getting my car back in order. Jeff was my main sales person, and Branden did the engine work. Thank you!!!

Bell Tire if you get work done stay with your car the one in Monroe isnt as bad but the one on Gratiot in Mount Clemens Michigan they will pull your car in and pull it right back out I watched them do it to mine when I took it for a frontend alignment and when I confronted them because I was across the street eating breakfast and watch them they basically threw my money at me and told me to have a nice day,

Took my car in for a free inspection due to some troubling noises. Jeffrey, the mechanic, was very nice and even took me into the bay and showed me all the trouble areas so I could see the repairs he recommended. The cost was a bit shocking when the sales rep gave me the print out initially and I considered going to get a second estimate but Jeffrey reassured me what was necessary and I will likely return to have the repairs completed.

Rude and they do not care !!!!.. I have a work car that I had to put my spare tire on and Belle Tire told me that they can not get me in till next week to buy a new tire and have it put in. Its only 1 tire.....I guess they rather have me drive unsafe while I work. I can not do that. So now I have to drive somewhere else to get a new tire or take the day off of work..I have never heard of this where a company doesnt want people to be unsafe. I will never go there again...

Belle Tire Monroe is the best tire dealer in SE Michigan. Just a quick phone call to Mike and he got a tire for our car almost immediately. I highly recommend calling ahead and asking to schedule an appointment as they usually are pretty busy. The staff at this location deserves high praise as they are attentive to detail and there to help in a timely manner.

They are a bit pricey, but theres really something to be said for a shop capable of being ready to go at any moment for top quality walk in repairs that almost any other shop would require an appointment for. They do good work and they know how to diagnose a problem as a team. If one technician isnt positive about something, theyre gonna ask someone who is and get back to you.Also, their whole staff is nice people and seem to be all really well selected folks who are as good with people as they are with cars.

I wont return!!I just had a bunch of front end work done on my truck elsewhere so i went to them for a front end alignmentThey came back with a long list of things that they say needed fixed before they could do the alignment. In that list was some of the things i had just had done. On that list was things like my strutts. They picked apart my truck looking for ways to take my money.I took my truck to joe lake and they fixed what i asked for without a long list of things i would need done first.Sitting in the waiting area at Belle tire i listened to them answer calls and tell people a list of things needed fixed. Costing people alot of money.Had i had less knowledge i would have had to spend money on things nit needed.Places like this are why i trust no shop.Unless you want your vehicle picked apart and everything brand new on your vehicle i suggest going to joe lake.

Came in to have 2 tires replaced and rotated but couldn’t leave my truck there until the afternoon. Shawn did the paperwork and reserved my time slot for the afternoon. Free air is always good

Damage was done to my car!! I came here to get my tires balanced, I figured this would be a simple and quick fix. I dropped my car off at 10 am and it wasn’t done until 4 pm. Which sucks but it’s understandable, since I came in without an appointment. When I dropped the car off, I was told that I would probably also need an alignment, but I said I wasn’t interested and wanted to see if the balancing would fix the issue of my car vibrating at freeway speeds. A few hours later I got a phone call asking me again if I wanted the alignment. I said no. When I picked the car up at 4, I paid for the balance and took my keys and receipt. When I went back to my car, the door handle had been ripped off the inside of the drivers side door. I went back inside to tell the guy who had handled my payment, and he sent someone out to fix the door handle. I’m angry that nobody said anything when the door was damaged, and that it was given back to me without informing me or repairing it. When I got my car home, I noticed that the metal was crumbling behind the front wheel wells. When I got down low I could see a massive dent in the body where they had jacked the car up. Instead of lifting it by the frame, it was lifted by the thinner metal behind the wheel wells, and the metal that was slightly rusted is now completely crumbling away.

Called twice yesterday to try and set up an appointment to get my tires inspected, I was told to bring my car in this morning only to discover they dont have a single parking spot available and are backed up until thursday. Thank you so much for wasting my time and reassuring me that I need to do my business elsewhere.

Wife’s car had a tire going flat. Stopped in at the Monroe location three hours before closing and they couldn’t help me. This is the second time this has happened at this location. It appears that leadership, staffing or just a poor attitude towards service is an issue here. I had been a Belle Tire customer at the Dearborn location for many years and never had a service issue. I did find a local place that was more than willing to help me out, as my wife is a nurse and needs a reliable car. Very disappointed in the poor service at the Monroe location. I did send an email to the manager, no response.

Belle tire staff was fast and friendly. 2 construction workers remodeling lobby were walking around without masks on acting like they dared someone to say something. Very uncomfortable place to be looked like capital insurrection perpetrators.

We worked with Antonio and he was amazing! And so was our mechanic! We had new rims & tires put on all the way around and basically the whole front end of my car rebuilt. They didnt do any work until contacting us first and they kept us updated on progress regularly. They had everything done and my car was back in my driveway by 6:30 pm the same day! Terrible service. Had tires ordered for next day, told me they’d be in and they weren’t. Had to call myself and find out which made me late on ordering tires from someone else (Midas, who went out and picked them up for me from the SAME SUPPLIER BELLE TIRE USES) and come back at 5:30 to be told they’re not gonna be able to put them on until tomorrow. Garbage service. Never going to belle tire again.

My tires had been losing air - first place told me they were so bad I needed new tires. Second place said both tires had nails but they were both in a spot that couldn’t be repaired. My son used to work for Belle Tire and told me to take it there. They fixed both (unfixable) tires. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mike S for the help.

I ripped up my tire on 75 on my way into work and limped my car to this location two hours before they closed. They were super nice and professional, offered me other quick fixes without pressuring me. All in all, they had me in and out far quicker than I expected. Really appreciate the work they did.

I was not pleased! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and that I had a leak in one of my tires. He did the oil change and said my tires are to warn out to rotate it wouldnt do any good, I asked about the leak he looked me right in the eye and said they patched it. I dont believe they did, I have to put air in that tire every single day. I wont be back, they lost me as a customer.

Did what they said, fair to the consumer. They checked my alignment, car had 35000 miles on it. They came back with all readings in spec, no charge for the check.Fair enough, they could easily have done nothing to the car and charged me $89.00 and who would be the wiser?Good service, thanks!

Ive been taking my cars here for a long time but the last two times has me wondering if maybe I should for someone else to service my cars. The work got done but the lack of concern for customer service was disappointing.

Took my tire back in for the 3rd time. Several guys were standing at the counter. When I asked for service I was told that they closed in an hour and wasnt sure if they could get me in, but I was welcome to wait. - Are you kidding me?? Wait for what?? Wait an hour to hear you cant service the tire that you werent able to fix the first 2 times!!!??? - UNBELIEVABLE!! No one seemed to care how disturbed I was over the whole situation. When I said Id go somewhere else they all just looked relieved that they didnt have to deal with me anymore and they could all go home!! Customer Service at an all time low!!! 😒😞😪

I have been a loyal customer of one of Belle Tires competitors for 20 years. I had my truck with new tires at the competition three times to balance the tires. They couldnt get it right. My truck shook violently at speeds over 70 mph. My mechanic said it was tire balance and referred me to Belle Tire. My tires were balanced properly and I was on my way in less than an hour. Great job! You have a new customer.

I wanted to get the sweet end of year tire deal but my Vette is in storage. Called and spoke with Anthony and he took care of all my worries. I was able to purchase my tires over the phone, got 0% financing for 6 months and $140 in rebates. He had me drop off my tires/wheels and I picked my new ones about 2 hours later. My new BF Goodrich TA radials look great! Cant wait to tryem out this spring.

I picked out my tires and made an appointment for installation all online in the same day - super easy!.... I was given a 6pm option (only one available same day). When I got there, the front desk worker, very politely, informed me that they close at 6 and dont know why thats an option online. They said it was no problem and could get me taken care of anyway. I was in and out in 15 minutes.... Great, easy experience with all helpful guys!
