Zack was super responsive to assess the situation. This morning a maintenance worker ran over a rock when mowing the lawn and it shattered the window of my boyfriends sliding glass door. Unfortunately there is not a quick fix (We figured, I mean its shattered and the glass was custom fitted to this door.) but Zack was able to let the maintenance company know that it will be less expensive to replace the entire door than just the window since this will be at the companys expense. Thank you Zack!

I called up this morning. I broke my wife”s glass coffee table top. They told me they can help. I came in and they replaced new in 20 minutes fits perfect. Price was very reasonable. I ordered two replacement pieces of glass - one for a table top and the other for an old machine. Both pieces of glass were cut and ready the next day! Excellent service and very fair prices!

Very professional and prompt work.

I took in two frames to have museum grade glass cut to replace glass that was non existent in the frames. Mueseum grade glass is non reflective. Which means I should not see my own reflection nor any reflection. I can see not only my reflection but the reflection of every object opposite the glass. I paid a total of $106 dollars for 2 regular cuts of glass. The grade of glass is certainly not museum.

One of the mirrored doors broke on our bathroom medicine cabinet. We couldnt find another cabinet the same size, so we brought the door with the broken mirror in. They fixed it just like new and I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

Called to get an estimate for a windshield replacement, the guy who answered the phone was RUDE! He treated me as if I was inconveniencing him. Very unprofessional!! All he had to do was ask me a few questions.I called The Glass Doctor, and got right in, and she was very courteous!I never asked for an exact price. As I stated, I asked for an estimate. Thanks, no thanks!
