Another company refused to do the work. Apparently they didnt know how. I drove passed the store and noticed that Glass Doctor does residential work too, so I called. They came right away, measured the window and ordered the glass. Once the glass came in they installed it without any problems at all. They were very professional, very polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

Rob was amazing! Pretty much guaranteed that I had insurance coverage and took the time to show me that I did. They’re an authorized dealer for my insurance and the deductible is waived! Love this!

Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. Ten days ago I had two shower doors measured for glass doors. I was told to expect a quote in two days. Almost a week went by and I had heard nothing so I called and was assured the tech would get back to me and explain the delay. Four days later no call so I called again, they said they would text the tech immediately and he would get back to me ASAP. Guess what? No phone call. Time to look for another company that wants my business. Too bad, I really wanted to support a local business.

I live in Alabama but incurred a cracked windshield on my 2018 A5 in Bellaire Michigan. My claim was initially turned over to another nation wide glass repairer who was totally unresponsive and seemed to be a neophyte in this business. My agent then contacted glass doctor in Monroe/traverse city. I was promptly contacted. Rob had my vin number and knew what replacement windshield I needed. He came to me the next day and had it replaced in 1 hour. He and Ethan knew what they were doing. There were no issues.I strongly recommend glass doctor.

They replaced my windshield for me. It really meant a lot to me that they re-adhered my remote start to the windshield, re-hung my rosary around my rearview mirror, and put my stuffed Dalmatian back on the top of the mirror. Past windshield replacements elsewhere did not do ANY of this, which actually ended up being really inconvenient as the remote start would fall off and send my stuffed dog flying into my face as I drove. If it wasn’t for Mark, I would have ranked these guys much lower, after having a bad installation, and a bad phone experience with an employee who purposely ditched me because I called too close to 5p (He put me on hold 3 times and then sent me to the after hours line - Not cool!). But if you’re lucky enough to work with Mark, he’s very responsive and customer-focused.

We were told we would get an estimate the day after they measured.Three weeks later no estimate after multiple calls to the office. Many promises to return my multiple phone calls. No one ever called back! Poor way to operate a business.

The price was fair and my car was done in two hours. I will call them again if I break my windshield. Last 2 Ive had done were with safelight and they didnt do a good job at all. They had to come back because wind noise was going in my suv. They messed up my rubber trim and said nothing.
