The Monroe location is very unprofessional. Used them last year and had a great experience. But after trying to deal with them this time I didn’t even get my car to the shop. The two men in the office don’t seem to know what is going on. Then spoke with the owners son Josh Grey and all I got was excuses. I sent the estimate last week and was to drop off my car the next week when parts were in. Unfortunately they don’t know if the parts were ordered, they don’t know if they got them. Oh and then Josh compared them to me going to my doctor. Said that my doctor wouldn’t tell me everything he was going to doing. WHAT!!!!????!!!!’

Great guys @Sky Collision in Monroe, Ga. They are really professional.. Josh is really helpful and handles everything professionally. Had a bumper for my magnum painted in that shop and they nailed the color perfectly!!!! Definitely would go back if in need of body work for the car!

Grandson was in wreck where all of front right area was damaged (hood, dash, air bags deployed, censors)...they repaired, replaced, painted...ran into some problems and kept it and worked until everything was fixed...thank you

This is the Sky Collision, Loganville GeorgiaTree fell on my car. The main side had massive dents and back revere window was completely broken into pieces. First call was to come pick up car, it was ready. When I was riding and looked over at my car in the parking lot I could see there was dents and scratches still on the passenger side which was the main impact of the tree falling on the car. Also due to the back window broken and replaced, noticed the rubber that is on the bottom of the glass had not been sealed and rubber piece was not serving any purpose from water going into the trunk area of the car. Also found the back brake light in the top part of my windows had fallen almost completely out. Also broken glass was not vacuumed from the trunk. Spoke with the gentleman about it. He said he would have all repaired. The next trip was to pay due to me not able to pick up before they closed. Again I asked that the rubber piece be fixed and the light be fixed. Called and asked before they close, he said they had fixed the rubber of the window. Got there after hours to find I still had the long scratch on the side, dents weren’t as noticeable. I then noticed white specs on the car which seems to be paint. Buffing out did not remove the white specs on the black car. Would like to see this business be evaluated and would not recommend this Repair shop to anyone ever.

I brought my car to Sky Collision to have my car repaired and was extremely pleased! I dealt with Joe he was very friendly, thorough & knowledgeable. They not only did an awesome job, but they completed the work in only a couple of days! I had never used them before and I chose them based on their reviews which, were far better than any others in a 20 mile radius. You can definitely feel confident in choosing this establishment!

Talk about stress relief! The lift gate on my van was repaired and looking great in less that 2 days. I appreciated how Joe responded to my needs and provided extra value. They have a great team.

Sky Collision painted my truck several months ago. Unfortunately, i recently managed to scrape the edge of my garage door transferring paint to the rear quarter panel by the wheel well. I took the truck back to Sky for a repair estimate. The customer service technician inspected the problem and repaired it immediately at no charge. I believe another shop would have suggested a paint repair job and charged me for the work. This type of honest service is the reason I highly recommend Sky Collision

They did an awesome job repairing my wifes Nissan. I highly recommend this shop and I WILL use them again in the future if the need arises . Joe is great. They really went above and beyond.

The folks at Sky Collision in Monroe are the best! Ive had them work on a couple of my vehicles and I found them to be fair, honest and they do great work. No run arounds or excuses. I would recommend them over anyone else in town because I have shopped around getting estimates.

Update Jan 2019: repeat customers. This time a deer ran out in front of our other car and they fixed it.Original post Oct 2018: They took excellent care of me after getting into an accident. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone!

Josh is absolutely amazing. I am in the Army stationed at the Pentagon, and he went above and beyond to help my mother in my absence. Excellent customer service is the benchmark of a great business, and Sky Collision epitomizes that. I highly recommend them to any and everybody!

I dropped my car off almost a month ago at sky collision in loganville for rear door repairs from a rear ended on my truck. I went to pick it up yesterday & my radio column was popped out as if my previous radio was removed & replaced. BECAUSE IT WAS. I’ve had this truck over two years & I know what it came with. I now have no working radio & no one at the shop taking accountability for this illegal crime. Highly unprofessional & unhappy

They had a rental waiting on me and even returned it when I picked up my car. Took my GMC Serra to be fixed after an accident because they had already fixed a different vehicle before. We knew it was going to take a while to fix the truck but a month later we had to call them to see if it was fixed. They said pick it up the next day. The man that runs the place was not very professional when talking to me, not sure if its because Im a woman. Picked my truck up and got home there was over spray all over passenger front window. Spray paint all in the truck. It took another month to get the fender flare replaced because they painted it then dropped it and still put it on my truck. And they didnt even put all the trim back on the truck. I ended up taking my truck back to them 5 times. Will not be using them again or recommending them!

I took my 2015 Ford Explorer to this shop to fix front end damage caused after my wife rear ended another car. When I picked up the Explorer it had a strange creaking noise near the front passenger side that had not been present before the wreck. I took it back to the shop only to be told that the noise was normal and that there was nothing to do to fix it. I was even told it had probably been there all the time and that I was probably just more aware of it since the car had been wrecked.Less than a year later, I unfortunately needed some more work to the Explorer after someone ran into it. I took it to a different body shop. I mentioned the creaking noise to the body shop because it was in the same area the car had been hit. They found a defective piece in the front end of the car which they said also had been improperly welded and was missing a bolt. Once they replaced it, the creaking noise miraculously stopped.

They had me in and out in no time with a accident damage report. Thanks to Sky for expert service and sending the report into the Insurance Company!
