I went shopping there with my son. He bought a very nice bed there and he loves it. Its a Serta Euro, $399. He paid a little extra for them to take the old mattress and for delivery was free. Spell people are very eager to wait on you but do not hassle you which we like. We are very well satisfied customers... theres something to be said about Small Town shopping, its always a pleasant experience 🙂

I love this store! The furniture selection is very updated and prices are so good. I recently bought a very large sectional that was special ordered and some tables. I am so thrilled with my purchase, the quality, and the service that I received. It is amazing to find such a great store located in the small town of Monroe. There isnt any need to shop in a bigger city when you can do your business here! 5 stars.

We bought brand new stove and refrigerator and we were happy with the service. They didnt have models we found online, but they ordered what we wanted and matched the online pricing. The stove came in with blemishes, but Monroe Furniture ordered a new one for us. No hassle service. We wanted to buy local and Monroe Furniture did not disappoint.

My husband and I went into Monroe Furniture Center looking for a complete bedroom set and mattress set. We had previously visited other furniture stores to inquire about these items and just had horrible experiences with other sales teams and price offerings. Great selection of furniture! The staff are friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Our furniture was delivered much sooner than we thought it would come. The delivery men were professional and timely. Appreciated the fact that even though we live 45 minutes away, there was no delivery charge. Love our new furniture! Couldnt be any happier!

The couch and chair I bought I like. However I purchased a bed from them and Im very unhappy with it. Its been replaced once, and I feel the second one is the same way, however there test shows different. I absolutely will never again buy a Serta. However my sales person was very nice, its not her fault.

Always a great place to purchase furniture! Offering a HUGE warehouse shopping experience. They also sell and have many bed options as well as all other furniture options to fill your house. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell.

Staff was extremely helpful, informative, and not pushy. This made the buying process call something for our kids new mattresses. They had a very nice selection as well.

For years I have purchased furniture, mattresses, etc., from Monroe Furniture and have always been very satisfied with their merchandise. Top quality. And the staff is very helpful too. But today hit an all-time high. In quick need for a Maytag repairman, Jerry Beckman sent out a repairman from Dons Appliance Repair...same day, and fixed my Maytag. I cant speak highly enough of Monroe Furniture and Dons Appliance Repair Thanks for the good service..

Great customer service

Bought a couch salesperson was good. Delivery staff was two hours later than promised but weather was bad that day. The delivery guys were apologetic and brought the couch in without a incidence.
