These are by far the most incompetent retailers that I’ve ever encountered. I bought a set that was greater than $3000. I bought insurance. The furniture was defective. They promised for almost a year to fix the problem. It has been over a year and I still have the defective furniture. Any delays in the process of trying to fix my problem are never Communicated to me unless I personally call or show up. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I bought our dining room table here. The staff was friendly and eager to help with whatever we needed. The store is clean and organized. Since we bought a floor model they loaded it same day and helped make sure everything was loaded in my truck well. This is not a rooms to go so dont expect completely set up furniture they dont claim that anywhere. I dont mind putting furniture together. I will recommend them to anyone

Ordered a mattress set and bed frame with headboard and footboard on September 28, 2019. Removed my old bed in anticipation of the delivery for today as was promised on my paperwork. It is now 6pm and no delivery. No phone call either. Ridiculous customer service.Update: received a call from a person who alleges she is the manager for the facility and she apologized but no one confirmed my order and did not get to place my order. (Keep in mind I came in on the 28th with delivery set up for October 5th and I already paid the down payment and everything). It seemed confirmed to me as I was never told that the order needed to be confirmed when I was there on the 28th. I just think this place needs to do a little better with their customer service and follow up. Lets see what happens on October 12.

Do not purchase and think it is going to build your credit I posted proof it does NOT!! I paid my payment off early never missed a payment Farmers knocked mine down 20 points for paying off early🤯 😵 I wish I had known before I went there trying to build mine!

I went into this location right after Christmas to order two beds, including mattresses, frames, and box springs. I was planning on financing it but they couldnt do financing for the amount I needed for the beds. So I went home, came up with the money, and came back on the 2nd of January with the check. Now mind you, this was a check for over 3 grand. They cashed the check that day, said they would order them, and they were to be delivered on the 12th (had to wait 10 days to have it delivered because they didnt have the beds there). Well, just got a phone call today (alleged delivery day) that they forgot to put the beds on the truck from the warehouse so now I have to wait another week to actually have the beds I paid for already. 16 days for two beds? No thanks. Choose another furniture company. I have never had a problem with Havertys so you best believe I am sticking with them from now on. Horrible way to do business.

When I bought my couches great Csr. I just bought a bedroom suite, delivered last Thursday the dresser is broken. The delivery guy wouldnt take back. My husband wrote on receipt the dresser is broke. I immediately called the store. The lady told me she would call me back. No return phone call. I called back on Monday, lady says she will call me back, no return phone call. I called today express to the lady how no one would call me back. The lady apologizes, says delivery guy just delivered, she would see if it was ordered and call me back. Well guess what still no call back. I can understand forgetting to call me back the 1st time, 2nd time upsetting, 3rd time youve lost my business and I will not recommend Farmers to anyone. I will actually discourage anyone from buying. All I wanted to know is if the dresser was going to be replaced, one was ordered, someone was coming back to get the broken dresser taking up space. Just something not the run around of not telling me anything and no return phone call after the 3rd phone call.

Beaware! When you order furniture everything comes in a box that you have to assemble! They try to make you purchase insurance on your order which is like a extra few hundred dollars! They dont tell you so check your paperwork. They tried to tell me it was only a few dollars but it was like $10 more a month!
