I love this store biggest part of the time I dont buy anything but I just like the way its set up

Overpriced and can never find what Im looking for. Employees never know where anything is or is they even have it in stock. Definitely do not recommend.

Love this place! We buy a lot of kitchen gadgets here, and always purchase our candles from Bed Bath & Beyond. Theyre great about applying as many coupons as possible to your purchase. Sign up with your home address (for regular coupons and sale flyers), email for great email coupons and tons of sale/special info & cell # for coupons via text!

I really like this store. They seem to have quality merchandise. It may not be truly top end stuff like a specialty cooking store, but its absolutely good enough for my applications 99% of the time. They virtually always have a 20% off coupon that can be searched and found on a smart phone. While the coupons are not good on some name brands, they help an awful lot of the time. I really hate that they are in financial trouble. If they close in my small market, we dont have a decent replacement place to shop.

Went for bath rugs, left with no bath rugs. Clerk looked but didnt find what was supposed to be in stock.

Very helpful the sales guy looked the item I was looking for up on the internet and told me the other stores that had it. It wasnt their stores.

They have a few unique things here but it didnt feel worth it by the time I got home. Just about half the stuff I looked at I couldnt find prices on, that does keep buying down to a minimum though. Make sure you open everything and check it, the lid on the cup I bought was stuck to the cup and the seal was broken in several places and I had to scrape parts of it out of the cup. Plus it was missing paint on the handle. The box it came in is kinda pretty though. Yeah so good luck if you buy from here.

The store in Pecanland Mall in Monroe, LA is nice. Their staff is friendly and plentiful. You dont have to search to be waited on.

Had a great experience today at the Monroe LA Bed, Bath, and Beyond location, specifically the hospitality my fiancé and I received at check out. Cashier Brent was very friendly and assisted with coupons and patiently scanned all of our gift cards that we had received from our wedding registry. Its because of employees like Brent who go above and beyond to help out customers that we choose to shop at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Poor customer service. The aroma was too strong. Some people are sensitive to perfumes

This store, has just about anything for your home, lots of really neat stuff, But a bit pricey, You be the judge.

Honestly, this store is too crowded with stuff in the aisles. Its hard to just walk around in here, much less push a shopping cart. I still shop here frequently, mostly because of the coupons they send in the mail. Just wish they would make the place, less of such a cluttered obstacle course.
