Our oven was not working correctly, we tried to you tube & fix it ourselves, which did not work ! We called Ace and they were here the next day. Cory did an excellent job. He was informative about the repair needed and gave us an estimate before the repair was done. He was in full uniform when he came to determine the problem and then when he returned with the appropriate part which he did in a very timely manner. Although we were given a 3-hour window for the appointments, both were scheduled at our convenience and we were given a phone call in advance to let us know more specifically when to expect him. We called them on a Sunday night. Someone came right out. The repair man was super nice and knowledgeable. They gave us an estimate and unfortunately weren’t able to fix our washer with the part they ordered. Sam, the manager? Gave us a refund on the part and the labor. We still paid the service fee. I needed to have my dishwasher checked out as it wasnt draining properly. I have never used an appliance repair company before this event. Through the years I have seen the commercials for ACE; and their vans around town. So I called them. They got a tech (Logan) out to my home the same day. I have been in sales and marketing for 30 years and was blown away by the professionalism, and positive attitude, that Logan possesses. I set up the appointment with ACE Monday night around 6:30 p.m.. They came out the very next morning between 9-11a.m.. Brian was at our house at 930 and resolved the issue immediately, was super friendly, and was out in less that 45 minutes. This is the second time was had ACE come out on a call, once for the Fridge, and this time the dryer. Both visits by ACE were handled quickly and the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. I dont ever hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their appliances repaired.

We have used Ace Appliance repair multiple times and every time we have been extremely happy with the service. Most recently our Dishwasher wasn’t getting any power. The technician, Kindle was fantastic. Not only did he show up on time, able to diagnose and fix the problem (a bad thermal fuse) on the spot, but he was also very polite and very personable. He even let my kids watch how he did the repair, and told a few “Dad jokes” to them while he was doing it.No one enjoys needing an appliance repaired, but the next time we do, we will be calling Ace and asking specifically if Kindle is available to do it.

Great experience with Ace Appliance. They got here right away, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which came in quickly and then scheduled to come back and install it. Brian and his apprentice did not leave until the freezer drawer was operating smoothly and they were very neat and tidy. Will surely call again with any problems with other appliances.

Our chest freezer stopped working. I initially thought to call the national repair service, but decided on Ace when I found their diagnosis fee is 40% less. We called late in the afternoon and still were able to get an appointment the next morning. The technician Brian V arrived on-time, was uniformed with very neat appearance, and he was very informative about the troubleshooting. In the end, the freezer had a refrigeration leak/sealed system failure within the walls of the freezer, so a repair was not cost-effective, but I was very pleased with the service we received. Brian even made us aware of a discount plan available through Ace with a local appliance warehouse so we could save money on purchasing a new freezer. Well done Ace! First, Ace Appliance doesnt even have a location in Monroe, the address he is using is the parking lot of Durocher TV and Appliance and the pictures as well. If the owner is going to lie to you about his locations, what else might he be lying to you about? I read your response Matt and the only unethical tactics I see is you lying to Google and the public about locations that you say you exist in but obviously you do not. I have no idea if your service is good or bad, really dont care, just wish you would stop posting pictures and videos on our site and lying about locations. Why do you feel the need to do that? I have asked Google to remove them ASAP.

I recently called Ace Appliance, in order to determine if there were problems with my oven/range. It seemed as if the broiler was kicking in unnecessarily. I had also noticed an odd odor, a few times, during the preheat process. I havent had a gas range in decades, which might explain my paranoia. Ross came out and did several tests to ensure that the oven was operating properly and maintaining the appropriate temperature. No repairs were necessary. I felt a bit silly afterwards, but better to be safe than sorry. This is the 2nd time Ive used Ace Appliance, and Ive been very satisfied both times. Good job!

Our refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a request for service online and had a phone call from Sam within an hour. I submitted my request at 9:30pm and Sam adjusted the schedule to have a technician at my house by 9am the next morning! Cory did the repair and was fantastic! Let me say I was very pleased with the service I received. From Lisa who got back to me after I emailed my service request to Tony calling me to let me know when he was going to be there. This is the third time i have used Ace Appliance in the past 18 months. They are always great with scheduling, and the service tech, Brian V., has always had things under control. As a new homeowner in the area, our first experience with Ace was a situation where I needed a plumber to fix a water line to my ice maker and rather than charge me for something they couldnt do (replumbing the water line connecter,) they simply advised me and called it a day - no charge. They made me a loyal customer that day, because I realized they were there to be fair and provide a service in their field and erring on the side of caution. I have their magnet on my board at home and my desk at work, and i wont hesitate to call them in the future. Today, it was the idler pulley on my dryer. Brian had it done in short order and I am a happy customer.
