Love this place. Selection of furniture and household goods for virtually anyone. The best experience there is finding stuff you never knew you needed. That will happen!

Went there today and the ladies in the store ripped us off. We purchased 6 golden plates, receipt says, “Charger CHPGN” for $4.99 each with a 25% discount...wow sounds great! We get home, and ALL OF THEM were priced $3.99. The sticker above said $4.99. We went back and they said they could refund us the money and then charge us the 3.99 plus the 25% discount because of Labor Day. The Lady who helped us said she couldn’t because the computer wouldn’t let her. Why not respect the original price and not rip people off? Check the stickers before you buy them. This place will rip you off. ALL of their plates had a sticker on top with a higher price.

This is an updated post. I did post a 2 star originally. I did because I was a bit frustrated with the website telling me items I wanted were available at store. They werent. Three different times. Nonetheless, I still enjoy my Pelendale store. Mostly its the people who work there. Great people. If youve been there youll know. If not go see.

Every few months we like to wander through Pier One. I used to buy a lot of wine there but now to get their sale price you have to buy 6. And Im not doing that for Pier One or Raleys or any of the other places that I normally shop

Came in and learned interesting ideas for holiday tablescapes and gift giving. Store was hopping with activity however they were adequately staffed...most enjoyable.
