I didnt know a bed could be so comfortable, and so great to take away my back pain. I first got on the bed if felt good. Than Darcy B. Put it on a low number I felt my the mattress wrap around my body and felt my back pressure ease up alot . I knew this is the bed for me . I felt like I was on a cloud. This was the best 5min of my life. I was so comfortable, and no back pressure. I wanted to fall asleep right there... this is the best bed in the world. I recommend this bed to anyone who has back problems or just wants a good night sleep....cant wait till I get my bed in 2weeks....THANK YOU SLEEP NUMBER!!!πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Mario helped us out, he spent a great deal of time showing us the different beds and what features each one offered. We did not feel pressured or rushed at any time. We have not yet bought a bed so still shopping but recommend this location to anyone who wants to learn about the sleep number beds.

Ive been searching for new bed for quite some time. When I saw the Sleep number beds advertised on TV I knew I had to come check them out. Erica my sales associate was wonderful as she had us check out each bed and adjust the settings for comfort she is very knowledgeable. Glad I bought one and cannot wait until it is delivered.

We had just stopped in to check out the bed with no intention of buying.We both are side sleepers. I had started having back pain and wondered if getting a new bed would help.We owned a spring bed with pillow top and were fine to stay with what had worked good so far and we were familiar with.Store was following the COVID safety guidelines with limited occupancy and masks, which I appreciated.The bed models were spread out and easily accessible unlike other stores with the beds side by side.The sales person Mario was not pushy or high pressure. Instead being personable, knowledgeable and very patient.Honestly one of the best sales experiences my wife and I have ever had.The adjustable nature of the bed really is a game changer. My wife and I realized that we both like a different levels of softness.There’s no other bed that can do that. Sleep Number gives each person a softer or firmer experience based on their preference.Needless to say we bought the bed that day.Got some amazing pillows too.The fact that for whatever reason I could adjust the firmness or softness due to an injury or just simple soreness is unbeatable.On top of all that Sleep Number has a 15 year warranty, the other name brand beds we looked at only had around 10 years.Add a 100 night trial and you can’t loose.

We want to make everyone aware about is not 100% return policy, we call 5 days after to the bed was delivery and explained that we didn’t like it, we start having pain problems. They make us stay 30 days with the bed to be able and make the return, during this time they force us to make a monthly payment on something that we hate it (the bed) on top of that we knew that was $200 fee for pick up the bed.Now after 30 days they make us to keep the bed for another 30 days more, they didn’t want to picked up the bed sooner, that way we are force to make another monthly payment.This was the worst experience, I share my experience with friends and family members, making sure they don’t make any business with sleep number.Sadly the person the help us inside the store was very nice, but the product was horrible.Sad that now I make a post public on my Facebook, we have many friends with horrible experience with same beds @ sleep number store.

A little less than 2 years ago my husband and I purchased a mattress from this store in hopes of easing some of my husbands sleeping difficulties. At the time, we had a 2 year old that sometimes got into bed with us at night and occasionally had accidents. My husband had also had cancer and had suffered from night sweats in the past. The combination of those things had left our previous mattress in rough shape. Knowing we would be spending an outrageous amount of money for our new mattress, I was hoping to keep it nice, and therefore stressed to the saleswoman the importance of having a waterproof mattress cover. I remember the conversation clearly because she said she too had children and knew all too well about accidents at night and she guaranteed we could spill anything on their mattress covers and it wouldnt go through. Well, here we are almost 2 years later with stains from accidents that had immediately soaked through the covers. The first time it happened we were within the warranty time frame. I stupidly assumed it was a fluke and maybe Id done something wrong when making the bed, so I didnt call to complain. However, several more accidents over the years have soaked through to the mattress top. Needless to say, it is infuriating and ridiculous to spend so much money on a product and not be sold covers to adequately protect our purchase, especially when we were guaranteed they would.

I purchased a sleep number system for my RV, the R5, I was hoping for a better nights sleep, but after 2 months of up and down with the numbers trying to find a good sleep number, I have come to the conclusion that it is not going to work for me. So I purchased it through camping world, thats what the person in the store told me to do, cause it was cheaper. So Im very unhappy with the bed, its not comfortable at all, it dont even feel like a real mattress, I want to return it, but now Im getting the runaround. Camping world wont take it back, even though its under the sleep number 90 day guarantee, Sleep number told me they cant help me. Im done ordering anything from Camping world, sleep number Im not happy with cause its there product, Im not impressed. I just hope I can sell this bed and try to get money back, I paid over 1800.00.

We do not like shopping at a mall. We went to check out a sleep number bed . Store was small, very clean, beautiful display of beds and merchandise. The noise from mall shoppers was a little noisy. The sales manager Robyn,was very friendly, helpful and really took her time to help us. Very knowledgeable of the beds and products . As my husband is a amputee of his leg, he suffers from chronic pain in his back, shoulders.and hips. He hasnt had a good nights sleep in years. As Robyn adjusted the bed for (my husband) us, he immediately felt relief. Cant wait for our bed to be delivered. I am sooo thankful we came into check out a bed. Robyn, we are sooo happy you waited on us. The other sales people were very kind and helpful to other customers as we were in the store. Definitely recommend your bed .

Curiosity got to me after seeing Sleep Number commercials for so many years. I wanted to see if the bed kept up with the hype. After talking to two sales people I left more confused than when I went in. television does not tell you there is so many versions of the same mattress, each with a different topping. Even if I could afford the mattress, I doubt I would ever understand the differences sufficiently to chose one.

If you buy this piece of junk bed be prepared to continue paying. I bought this bed and the display on the remote went out and so the remote stopped working and when I called to replace it they told me that I would have to replace the compressor and since it was still under warranty it would only cost me $75 instead of the full price of almost $300 and my pillow top disintegrated and is falling apart and all the stuffing is falling out and they informed me that it would cost me over $600 to replace because the pillow top can not be replaced because the zipper on the top is matched to the other half on the mattress cover so the whole piece needs to be replaced. But shouldnt it be like everything else you buy, if part of it fails the whole thing is replaced. If you buy a new lawnmower and it wont start, dont they replace the lawnmower and not just the parts that have to deal with it not starting? If you buy a new car and take it in for warranty work they repair what is wrong and dont make you pay for little incidentals that had to also be replaced. Like if the engine needs to be replaced they dont make you pay for the replacing of spark plugs and new fan and new belts, etc.

So I just got my tax refund and wanted to buy a better bed. I walk into the store and laid back on the display bed and immediately the sales person tells me not to lay on the bed. He kicked me out. I was going to pay cash for a new bed but it looks like im going to buy a Purple Mattress instead. They should definitely fire the thin guy with the Suavecito slick back hair.

We went in looking for a bed, ended up with a brand new salesman who did not know the merchandise. We bought a P6, and HATED it. It was horrible. It was like sleeping on an air bubble and if we lowered the numbers, we were in a hole. Called customer service and since we had owned a memory foam mattress, they suggested the M7. It was like have the horrible air bed with a piece of memory foam on it. The memory foam topper I bought for my kids bed at Kohls was better than this. Both beds were returned and we are out almost $600. We have since bought a tempurpedic and are happy and will NEVER buy a sleep number bed again. The salespeople are happy to help you buy it, but they are not so great when you are unhappy with the purchase. And the manager wont do anything to help either.

We purchased sleep number air mattresses and have to say I am completely disappointed. My wife and I Began to have back pain after about 6 months of having these mattresses. My wife refuses to sleep on it and now I am having very bad back pain also. We spent $14000.00 at sleep number. We purchased the 2nd most expensive one and wow do we regret it. Wish we had went a different direction. Here we are a year later and thousands of dollars shopping for mattresses again. These beds definitely are not worth the money. You are basically buying g a blow up mattress with sponge that you wont be happy with.

M6 daughter was expecting a delivery on the 16th, so less then 1 week ago. A little before the delivery window, a text had been sent the driver had a emergency and the delivery moved to early Oct. Having been in the customer service and delivery process for over 30 years, found they have no back up drivers unacceptable. Customer service lacking, since the supervisor never called back. Remember whi the customer is, the paying public. Made me think twice about wanting to purcahse yoyr product.

This has to be the biggest, worthless waste of money for a bed in the world, please be smart and go try an actual mattresses or Tempurpedic before you buy an air mattress with cushioning on it, you will regret it and your money went down the drain, garbage!!!!!
