Was recently in BB&B and somewhere near the front registers my wife motioned to me to come look at these beautiful solar lanterns. Much to my surprise the cost was very reasonable for a sturdy well constructed solar lantern. We chose one and after thinking about it and starring at it on way to checkout my wife looked at me and said yes I agree get me one more, so I did. Very nice addition to our back patio.

If you need help in the store it can take a long time. To order something that was not in stock took 3 different associates and too long. I was told that the store price match Costco only to be told at the end that they do not match Costco with an incoherent response as of why they do not. I just hope my gift card will come in the mail as they promise it would happen for buying a certain amount in cookware.Update:Received pots, which I love. NO GIFT CARD. LIARS.

Friendly employees that made our return a smooth process. Only store open in the area. All other nearby BBBS have permanently closed. Clean restrooms that are located in the front of the store to the right as soon as you walk in.

Great store as always but they never have a decent selection of sheets for a thick Cal King bed. Got a light blue one lady night that doesnt really match my bed or room but its super comfy.

I always enjoy coming and making frequnt small shopping visits here.There are so many items it is difficult to see them all at once.The staff is as friendly as they need to be and few are actually genuine about being nice.If you are seeking help from a floor person, good luck, finding one that will help. Not they wont, it is hard finding one is the maze of products.I wish they would have more frequnt and better sales prices.

It is an expensive place but the have an awesome selection and they had good deals and what we were looking and actually got some extra items. We were also informed about the membership which we purchased and saved and addition 20% over everything which saved us about $76. So overall I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the guys at the Modesto store on sisk st. Outstanding customer service.

Bed Bath and Beyond is my go to store for bedding, towels, table clothes, small kitchen appliances. They carry the brand names. I love shopping here, especially to see what unique new gadget they have, as their always adding new merchandise. Highly recommend.

Sensory overload,a lot of inventory but the layout feels clustered.Some items and brands could be cheaper. For my visit I was browsing for a wedding gift but didnt find anything to purchase.

My husband and I both like this store. It is bright, well organized and very clean. A great place to by a gift for some one, because they have a little of something beside there great variety of bedding. Customer service is very good at this location and if there is a line it moves quickly.

If I could give stars for separate things I will give 5 stars to the employees for their great customer service. As for the store itself, the mark-up is at least 200% on most items if not more. Youre better off just ordering online, or not even that going in and seeing what the products like then ordering online.

I dont normally shop this store but I was driving through and needed to pick something up so I came in. The sales help were great. There was only one checker open at the time and the manager called for another because the checker was working like crazy helping a lady with a difficult refund.

Wall to wall gadgets for the home. Found what I was looking for and then some. Give yourself lots of time unless you are a regular.

This is the dirtiest and most cluttered BBB I’ve ever been in. The girls working were too busy chatting to help customers. The one in Turlock has much better customer service.

I went to the store yesterday asked to buy tea infuser. I was shown them and got three. After waiting in a very long line and driving home 45 minutes away I discovered that the infusers was for a pot of tea not single serving. I drove back to the store today and tried to return for correct item. They refused as I had no receipt. I asked if they had a garbage can and stomped on them and had them thrown away. I have been a lifelong shopper at bed bath and beyond and will spend a penny in any of their stores again!

I was helped by a wonderful young man with glasses who was willing to answer all my questions...If only I was younger ....

This is a great place to shop for just about anything you need for your home and pets too =)!!! Employees are always more than glad to help and coupons are always a plus.

Went in today to purchase an artic air. Downloaded the retailmenot app to redeem the 20 %off item. Walked the entire store browsing and not one person asked me if I needed help finding something or even acknowledged me. I saw 4 or 5 maybeMore and not one was actually working, they were talking about weekend plans and laughing and Whispering if I came too close. they would stare at me until I walked away if I browsed near by. When I went up to the cash register purchase my items and to see if she could help me with the coupon I was trying to download she said in a hurried tone that we dont take RetailMeNot coupons I said oh okay well I have a coupon that I got emailed to me for signing up on your list but the other day. I was having issues retrieving it as well. She again abruptly cut me off and said oh we dont have anything like that it we dont have any instant coupons I said well I did receive some also in the mail that are hard copies from when I moved seven times in the last year since losing my house in the campfire. I lost them or misplaced them due to the hectic moving schedule I had and Im just now settling in somewhere. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me get 20% off so she grabbed my phone all hostile and went to the website to see if I qualified for a 20% off, she even helped herself to going over to my gmail account and scrolled through all my emails and of course I w didnt qualify. Not sure but that in itself is not ok! Why would she feel its ok to violate my privacy like that? because I wasnt going to be fast enough for her? Even though there was no one else behind me? I asked if she would honor the 20% off that I got in the mail that I misplaced and she replied and I quote because you lost it? Haha, no Im sorry I cant do that. I then asked to speak to a manager. manager Shana or Shaua came over and I asked her the same thing and she blatantly and rudely said no and off she went because apparently her, baby belly was hungry and it was past her break. Totally unprofessional, and absolutely the worst customer service. they made feel like I should feel privileged to be in their presence . I drove 30 minutes to get to that store in the heat without air in my car and was just wanting to be treated nicely. it was just a bad experience and I will not ever go back. Ill drive an hour in the heat to go to a different one if I absolutely cant find what I need anywhere else. Its too bad since I will be replacing many items lost in fire, like a shark vaccum, towels and bedding. Etc. They lost out on a couple thousand dollars from treating me this way today.
