A couple of weeks ago I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I usually go to the Verizon store by Costco on pelendale but this time I went to the store on McHenry Ave. Alina is the customer service representative that assisted me. She took care of calling the insurance provider for the replacement phone for me and even waited on the line with them while I ran to the bank. We also had a great conversation while we waited. I went back in after I received the replacement phone to have her help me transfer my information and put a screen protector on for me. She is VERY knowledgeable, honest, personable and easy to talk to. I hope Verizon realizes what a wonderful employee they have! I will be going to that location from now on.

Phenomenal customer service! We went in to upgrade my gfs phone, get a new iPad and get me a new phone and add it to her plan and Josue was awesome. Walked us through everything and even tackled some tech issues with confidence and know how.We had to return today to get my gfs iPad which was fine, Christian went to another store this morning to pick it up and had it waiting when we arrived. He did all the data transfer stuff and got it all taken care of.Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and easy to work with. The young lady (i completely missed her name) was very polite and friendly as well.I cant recommend this location more. Thanks guys!

Christian answered my question about a MyVerizon.com setting, troubleshot my flashlight and let me know my new phone is still under warranty, recycled my two old cell phones and let me know that I get a Verizon reward, and installed that cool new liquid screen protector. I wanted to buy a new phone my old one was acting up I had bought a Google pixel 3 XL a couple years ago so April and Christian were very helpful explaining things to me the Google pixel 5 there in stock but it was at another store so Christian actually ran to the other store and got it for me and I bought some earpods that worked what I thought they were and I took them back last night and Christian was there he took the time to work with me and get the Bluetooth earphones that I wanted your team went above and beyond and out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it Ill definitely continue doing my business with you

Went in for an upgrade and was not disappointed. Alina was very helpful and over all very satisfied with the service. She was able to transfer things that I didnt know could be transferred. Ill take me the weekend to figure this thing out - went from Apple to Samsung!

Horrible they put a liquid glass onto my phone that apparently voided my phone warranty thru verizon and I cant get it fixed for free because of a google battery issue phone is less than a year old and CHRSTIAN the manager doesnt know why it would void a warranty and its a question I should ask verizon you guys should back your issue you guys never told me it would void a warranty so now I am screwed because you guys dont back your products you sell how did you guys not know it would void someones warranty public utilities commission will be notified

Shantel went above and beyond to ensure I was receiving the best deals and the right products for my needs. I would recommend this store to all friends or family that have any mobile needs. This also includes the outstanding customer service Verizon provides their customers in general. I’ve been with them for around 6 months. The kindness I’ve been shown by Verizon’s customer care center has been beyond expectations for a company of Verizon’s magnitude. They give personal and exceptional service flawlessly.

The gentleman seemed to have a great knowledge of product we were discussing in the moment and showed concerns for what was needed by both my wife and I. Helped us to get what we each needed for our particular phones and did not try to push things we truly did not need/want. Couple weeks ago I came here as a first time to get the service on my iPhone. Johnny helped me to get the phone worked as I expected. I was very satisfied with his service/support.

I wish I could give this store, their staff and the management TEN (10) stars! I found myself in a difficult situation that required me to quickly change cell phone services. The staff went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in customer service. They accommodated my needs by driving to their warehouse to pick up phones for me, they shipped phones to my children who live out of town, they helped me with promotions, pricing and anything else that seemed to come up. I truly felt like family with them. They were friendly, competent and reliable. My situation was tense and demanding and they didnt flinch with any of the difficulties. The rose to the challenge and took care of my entire situation. They were prompt, courteous and competent. It is extremely sad that we often can take the time to write our bad reviews and yet when a business deserves a good review, we get lazy and take their excellence for granted. I could not let this opportunity pass me by to say thank you to JOEY, FRANCISCO and DAN, for taking some of the sting out of my transition in life. You were to me what I want my sons to be others,. gentleman, kind-hearted, and helpful. IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS and go to this business. You will NOT be sad you did. Not happy with the service. What I was told its is very opposite then what was told. I started the service on the 5/3/2019 but I am so upset going to disconnect The service in the on 5/10/2019 I would say I was given all false promise. Even I was told that I will be given discount on auto pay. But auto pay is for only unlimited. All incorrect information. I hope I get my old service back. I called Verizon customer service on 5/9/2019 I spoke to three different people . one guy was not willing to give me his name and the second guy told his name was Tim and the third lady was Dian she gave me some correct information. I will I can rate then zero star. All FALSE PROMISE. FELL FREE TO CONTACT ME. I hope management of Verizon will read this.

Ive had sprint AT&T red pocket and Verizon and Ive shopped at lots of mobile phone stores along the way. One stop and Verizon have fixed my phone upgraded it protected it found me the best plan and theyve always been super fast super friendly and super efficient. I dare you to find a better reseller than this store! The owner is a class act and the staff are superb. This is how all mobile phone stores should be run!

Forgive me if I spelled his name wrong but Broch really helped my parents and I out. My mom recently got her phone stolen and the previous carrier was charging her an arm and a leg. He was able to switch not only her but my dad over to my plan on a huge affordable plan. He got her the phone shes been wanting with an amazing promotion discount. He answered all our questions, very polite and professional. If I could give him a 6/5 I would! He made sure before we left we didnt have any more questions. Besides him saying hes new there he really knew what he was doing. Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends!

I show to make payment twice. Both times they ask me to wait outside. Both times I just leave because theyre not getting things done. Im not waiting outside for someone whos not taking care of business and only accepting cash so they charge an extra $3 fee. I have a fiancee whos just as disappointed with Verizon as I am. Were leaving them as soon as contract is up.

They told my husband that we qualified for a FREE Samsung tablet. The bill came which was a little over 30 dollars higher. I called, it was supposed to be a connection fee. The following month, same thing. Come to find out, the tablet wasnt at all FREE. It was 300 dollars! Now were stuck with it. I need a new phone but cant get one yet until this stupid tablet is paid off. The 32 bucks a month couldve bought me a new phone, Beware of their tactics! Yes, we shouldve realized that nothing is free. However, we had no idea that it wasnt a promotion. Taking advantage of older people is wrong! So sad they did this to us.

I received good service here but was subjected to high pressure sales tactics by the person I was dealing with. I was in quite a bit of pain from sciatica and an undiagnosed sprained ankle at the time of my store visit. I got what I asked for and more. Im sure I spent more than I intended to spend.

I give these guys a five star because they were very knowledgeable and helpful, they took the time too show me all the functions on my phone and transfered all my stuff over. They gave me a discount on my accessories for buying a phone from them which was a breath of fresh air. Store was clean and organized. Thanks will be back for my future needs!

They are the worst customer service and they are thieves there was a guy that used to work there his name was Alan he was a really good guy but when he left I return to the store to change my phone and there was a guy named Frank light skin guy he told me I can update I have to buy the whole bundle and it comes with a lot of accessories and stuff and they wanted me to pay a month for one phone and couple accessories for almost $200 so I believed him because you told me I can update or buy a phone without the bundle. Long story short I called Verizon and I told him about the situation they told me to return it and go to a real Verizon store not a retailer. I went back to return the phone and they wouldnt give me my activation fee and my tax money that I paid for the phone so I was really mad why didnt do anything I called Verizon and they told me that they will refund it towards my account so there are a total scammers !!! so I went to the one on Pelandale and what does toys are real Verizon store I recommended they had the Great and the best customer service they were so honest. I dont recommend them at all they are a total liar and scammers stay away from that store!
