Good place to get your car serviced. I love that they send you a video of your car while they are working on it. The only thing that was lacking was the fact that the service adviser was somewhat cold and did not apply the discount that they advertised online which he said he would apply.

My experience at Modesto Mazda was great! I worked with Christian and he was extremely supportive in helping me find a car that fit my needs and price range. I was in the market for a new Mazda 3 hatchback for my daughter. I was given a great price on the car at the Modesto Mazda. When we took the car out for a test drive, Josue the salesman was very polite, professional, and informative. We had a very good experience with the purchase despite us storming out of the place thinking we were going to get a better deal at another dealership (See my Vacaville Mazda review). When we returned to make the purchase, Josue and the sales manager Angel maintained their decorum and happily helped us finalize the sale.Josue was patient and thorough with showing my daughter all the safety features and options the car had. Vance from the finance department was also great. He showed us warranty options to add to the car purchase. Vance was informative and never pushy. We ended up getting the butler (or something) warranty which covers the rims, windshield, paint, and interior. When we brought the car to get the butler service, they left the car looking cherry. I was impressed how well the car looked. Josue arranged for us to have a loaner car while they did the service.I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. Yesterday, I stopped in at Modesto Mazda. I was in contact with Josue to buy a car. Zero pressure, I was not made to feel as though I was being rushed or hassled, it was actually quite a pleasant experience. Not only that, but I actually overpaid by $100 and was contacted later that day letting me know I overpaid. Its a rarity in any business that the employees are honest and have ethics. If you want a pleasant experience and not be hassled or rushed, definitely stop by here. I seldom ever leave 5 star reviews, as usually, I find there is room for improvement, but here, I just cant think of any reason why it would be anything below 5 stars.

They helped me out and squeezed me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also took the time to see that their was a recall for something on my vehicle and helped out and got that all taken care of. It was my first time there and it was a great experience.

Very disappointed. I brought my car there numerous times for an oil change/tire rotation. My tires were making a weird sound and asked if they could check it out. Mind you, I mentioned this to them each time I would drop off my car. Each time given the answer they could not find anything wrong. I decided to take my car to another Mazda dealership for a diagnostic check. I was told my tires are cupping. I dont know why Modesto wasnt able to tell me this. I am now out $167 which should have gone towards my tires. Spoke to the manage who was of no help. I will not be going back to this location.Update: I received a call back from the manager. He was very apologetic and willing to compensate and make things right. I appreciate him reaching out.

The place itself is beautiful. Clean, modern, bright. My service, though (which was a recall fix) was meant to take 45 minutes and took an hour and a half. Still, the staff I talked to were nice and personable. I just would have liked a heads up about the wait. Id have brought another book.

I recently purchased a Mazda from CarMax and went to the service desk to register it for recalls and what not, and they did a free inspection on it, which I thought was really cool, because I never had that happen to me before. The saleroom was really clean and the place is the nicest that I have been to by far. Ill be coming back here to get my car serviced.

Modesto Mazda is a great place to purchase a car. The dealership is very clean and organized. Also, everyone was very professional and friendly. This is especially true for our Salesperson, Destiny, and the Sales Manager, Mike. We received a great deal on a new Mazda CX-5 Signature. The car is amazing, and it has every feature that you could ever want in an automobile. I am a long time Mazda fan, having previously owned a Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. They were both great cars, and I expect this Mazda CX-5 to be just as good. The only reasons that I am giving Modesto Mazda 4 stars instead of 5 is that the entire purchasing process was the longest that I have ever experienced. Also, when the car was delivered to us (after detailing) it had a bunch of, what looks like melted plastic, stuck all over the roof and sunroof. It could not be washed off, and I had to use polishing compound to remove the plastic from the roof paint and sunroof glass. This was rather annoying, and I am not finished removing the plastic yet. Other than those 2 issues Modesto Mazda is a great place to purchase a new car, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Mazda.

I took my car in for an oil change/service and had a diagnostic run on it as it was running rough. The tech determined that the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced. They had the part in stock, didnt charge me any extra labor and had me on my way in no time at all and even washed it! Great experience.

Went in for an oil change today, I bought my Mazda originally in Washington and they would always wash my car after a service. I went to the Tracy location multiple times and they don’t do that. I thought it was just the Washington Mazda thing so I didn’t expect that from Modesto Mazda. BUT they washed my car which took me by surprise. They are so nice, definitely recommend them. They will definitely be my go to Mazda location. Now Mazda cars can have car play, getting that later for sure...
