Great customer service and their availability during the whole COVID-19 was great. Unfortunately you get what you paid for. I bought some weft hair extensions. I informed them how they would be installed and styled. They recommend a certain brand which I do not recall the name. Long story short they shed like crazy. Every day, every time after blow drying, after curling, even after running my fingers across. I have lost like half the grams I bought just by everyday usage. I got them installed 5/15/20 and not even a month later and they still shed. Looks like I’ll end up hairless before my next hair appointment.

Super nice! I went a few days back, maybe a week ago actually but the girls were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and great customer service. Tons of selections to choose from. 10/10 definitely would recommend anyone who wants to get wigs/ etc anything with hair and makeup there!!!

This store is absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a Hello and a smile. There are only two workers (when I went) so it took a few minutes for them to assist me because they were helping others but I didnt mind. The girl who helped me was incredibly kind and so helpful. I tried on at least 20 wigs and she was so patient through it all! I purchased two and was very pleased! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend!

They have a great selection of hair but be aware of your surroundings when leaving your car and coming back. The neighborhood is rough. Also take cash to the store because they dont accept debit/credit cards. Nice people run the store though.

I seriously walked in at 6:57pm when they close at 7:00pm... The lady who helped me NEVER made me feel like she was in a hurry. Or made me rush. She answered all of my questions & seemed gladly to do it. For just her customer service I most definitely will not only go back, but also spread the word to friends & so on.
