Any time I get off work at 5 I rush to make it to Sally’s for hair stuff (manic panic dye or Arctic fox) they are always closed before 6! I’ve even gotten there at 5:35 and they are closed. It sucks because I can’t really make it during the week and those last 30 mins would be perfect for me and I’m sure others to shop for last minute essentials. I’d get it if I arrived at 5:55 and it’s closed but 30 mins sooner than close time is not okay.

Asked the lady for some help, but she had an attitude the whole time. Like she did not want to be there. I was still polite to her, but this lady should definitely be trained to have better customer service. So I took my business to a different location. Sallys on oakdale has excellent service. Go there instead.

So I called and asked if they still carried a shampoo and conditioner specifically for black hair thatbi had previously bought there. The girl was snotty and said they didnt carry it or it was out of stock. So witch one is it???

Supposed to be open right now, though I literally arrived at the same time with them. They walked in with starbuck in their hands and locked the door behind them.I will be calling the company about this. Theres always something going wrong here. Its unacceptable!

Update your location on Google and teach your employees better customer service/ phone etiquette

They moved their location and its great! Looks great and has the products at a reasonable price. From straight to natural hair, all nationalities Sallys has what you need. Seems a little smaller but still looks good

I went in to find some Hempz brand lotion and a K-pack treatment for my burnt out hair and the attendant working could not of been less helpful. She didn’t know what I meant by Hempz brand and instead just showed me some basic hemp lotion that was not it all what I needed. In regards to the K-pack, instead she recommended leave in conditioner for me that had alcohol as its second ingredient. When I asked her for something else she said she would check with her manager and when she got back to me she says her manager says the only place that would have what I’m looking for would be Cosmo Prof. She didn’t tell me that CosmoProf is for licensed professionals only and I drove all the way over here for nothing. Just stay away from Sally beauty supply by Walmart on McHenry, and the employee with the fried blonde hair. I’m sorry I wish I’d got her name but she’s working at 1pm on Fathers Day.

People have no idea what they’re doing or talking about there. I asked several times if they had a product I went and they didn’t even have it
