I love the people at this location. They are extremely helpful, especially the manager Tisha. She went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out.
If you are going to rent from here make sure you take pictures and keep all your gas receipts. Everything was good picking up my truck. I was a in town move so I only had the truck about 4 hours. I dropped my truck off and was overcharged for gas $17. I luckily took pictures of the gas meter and kept my receipts. I contacted customer service and was refunded my money.
Horrible Horrible experience the person that helped was a man or a woman tried to treat me like she was a man stood in line for 25 minutes finally got waited on and was told I was late and no Trucks was available with with a nasty attitude well had to treat this nothing person with total disrespect in return Im a retired Marine thank God the PTSD didnt kick in this place is Rated a 2.8 I see why all Veterans stay away from this location are take your medication because this company evidently dont give a Dam about there customers total disrespect Reached out to another location explained what happened at the other location the representative did not even acknowledge what happened she only said we need to go back to the other location. Uhaul can use a uhaul in customer service because what your offering needs to be delivered to the dump.
Uhaul is slow and frustrating. Like comcast. Unlike comcast, the people there are helpful and courteous.

Through an online reservation I was told that my rental would be available once I arrived in store. However once I arrived the staff informed me that the online inventory/database was wrong and that they did not actually have my rental onsite. (Here is where it gets interesting). Since they did not have it ready, the assistant manager, Destinie, offered to upgrade my rental for the same price and honor the the companys $50 back guarantee for the mishap. There were no holes to jump through, no hypothetical (one in a million chances of happening) scenarios. They were honest. The facility was clean and organized, the staff was attentive, polite, and considerate. They were respectful of my time and I was out of there within the hour ( it was all hands on deck at one point).I gave them five stars because that sort of treatment/response is rare, especially when the company is at fault. Even though I live on another side of town, this location was/is worth going out of the way for.

If it was possible I would give this place negative stars. To say I am pissed is an understatement. I moved my belongings to this storage place Dec 12th 2017, as I was moving my one bedroom apartment full of belongings by myself I saw a mouse run across the floor. I mentioned the sighting to management and was told that they would take care of it and that they already had bait boxes in the units. I thought that they would investigate and take care of the issue and left for the west coast. Fast forward to today when family members went to the unit to load it on a truck and drive it out to me. I was informed that there was mouse feces everywhere and that my items had been chewed on. Knowing that there are feces I also know that there is going to be urine on everything. Mice and rats carry diseases that are transferred to humans through their feces and urine. Now when my items get here I will have to go through what can be sanitized and what cannot. What cannot be sanitized will have to be disposed of because I do not want to get sick. Thank you U-Haul, some of those items can never be replaced as they belonged to my now deceased grandmother. I greatly appreciate having to throw those memories away. I paid yall over $150 for what? To have my belongings contaminated and chewed? I will never again use U-Haul, I have never had this issue with other storage places. I will ensure my friends and family plus strangers never go there either. I will update with photos when my family member sends them to me. Folks run from this place!!!!!!!!!
Place is garbage. My car broke down and I called to reserve a truck and dolly to finish my trip and tow my car home. Told me a truck should be back by 330 PM that day. Well I dont like relying on other people. Budget had a truck for half the cost and no mileage limitations and ready to go. Head over to uhaul to pick up the dolly that they said was there. They wouldnt rent it to me because I got the budget truck. Then told me the truck was there the whole time waiting on me. Would of been about 800 bucks through uhaul after mileage overages. 360 after taxes at budget. Dont use these guys.

We use uhaul a lot.This place is an exception, though.We lost ALL of our belongings and had to file a lawsuit to get reimbursed.Thomas is a terrible person.

The lady selling croaker tamales right outside of the front door was a nice touch but I almost tripped over her and the guy behind the counter kept staring at the c section scar on my stomach . Never coming back here . + The restroom smells like a nuclear meltdown . Get it together please .
If I could give a negative star review I WOULD! Both the Springhill Ave and Beltline locations are owed by the same people who NEVER answer their phones, NEVER get the reservations right and dont even respond to calls and text from the regional office. My husband has spent a total of about 3 hours over the course of 2 days trying to CANCEL and reservation that they messed up (which he spent a couple hours dealing with them just trying to get it RIGHT before we decided to cancel). These people are TERRIBLE. Just borrow a trailer or rent a smaller truck from Penske or Budget!
Stay away from these people. The local U hauls are run by one family they are rude and very unprofessional. The manager of the main store Shannon is never at work on time. Her mother Donna was running the one over on Airport, and had her granddaughter living on site and she trashed the place. STAY AWAY!!!! POOR SERVICE!

Absolute horroshow.THE WORST.
Self storage is upstairs, but theres no elevator. Girl working the counter was not wanting to help because I came between her and a bag of fast food. Does u-haul not give employees breaks? Call a local number, you get a call center. The trucks do work, so they get a star for that. But in a word, UNFRIENDLY.
Service was great and professional. Trucks were clean and ran well.
