I had service with C Spire for approximately 3 years. Overall I was happy with C Spire. I found a better deal and decided to switch my service to a new provider. In doing so I found out that C Spire, like every other phone and cable provider, bills in advance. No problem. Unlike every other such provider, however, C Spire does not rebate the unused portion of the last billing cycle. Even AT&T and Comcast, notorious for their poor customer service, rebate the unused portion of the last billing month. It is hard to reconcile the image C Spire likes to project of a friendlier cell phone service provider with a billing practice that takes advantage of their customers.

Good customer service. But phones and plans are way to expensive. Price gouging.

12 year customer. Great service but definitely behind the times in keeping up with prices against the other companies. Plus few options for no contract plans.I went with a competitor kept my phone # and paying 60 less a month

When they call u by name on ur way in the door and u have never been there and ur there to buy a phone to hide from your ex....beware...They just might be how ur ex got ur number and password to lock u out .
