This Sprint location is horrible. I have been here twice now and both times have been the most unprofessional and unhelpful visit. They can’t provide any tech support and tells you to find somewhere that does and you can only have one person in the store at a time per worker but when we arrived there were 2 customers in the store with 1 worker and when they left I walked in. The associate said it was going to be a few minutes, we said ok can we look at the phones and her response was we needed to go outside because it could only be one customer per worker at a time. Complete double standards, horrible customer service, unprofessional, waste of real estate, unknowledgeable, and a waste of my time. This place needs some real training on customer service.

Love it!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful sales associates..went over and beyond the limits to satisfy the needs of the customer. Job well done...I left the store with a Smile on my face and phone in my hand.

This location is a 3rd party store, therefore resolving Issues is a very tedious & bothersome process... example I purchased a Samsung watch from here 4 December 2018 & returned it on 7 December 2018.It will take 2 weeks by mail to refund($40 tax deposit) And they also couldnt order the watch I wanted, I had to go the corporate store on Airport Blvd location, to be properly serviced. They couldnt even apply the funds to a watch I was trying to by from the same location as well. WORDS TO THE WISE, ONLY DEAL WITH CORPORATE LOCATIONS ONLY!🙁🙁🙁

I dont even give them 1 star but i had to! My elderly mother bought her phone there and has been charged for 2 lines & 2 phones. She was unaware of this until i was helping her go over her bills 9 month later. Tried to get help from the fraud dept. but the said it was the stores mistake... Called the store multiple times with no results. Emailed the district manager because the manager of this store would not give me his phone number. No response there either. I have never seen such a scandal!! Next step is turning them into the police for elder abuse!!

I am giving them one star, only because it would not let me write a review without at least giving the store that! First I want to start by saying not only am I long time customer with (3) personal lines, our company has 30 lines also. Therefore, we spend thousands of dollars a year on just phones! When I walk into a store I do not expect to be treated as scum especially by the manager! The (2) employees were very nice however it was quite different when it came to the manager DeAndra! I will take our business else where

Went there to change from Verizon to Sprint. One of the numbers had trouble and my wife and son where there with me over 4 hours. The employees there were great and interacted with my family the whole whole time. They even gave us a couple of free little things jusy because we had to wait so long. We will definitely be going there for now on.

I went and turned in a phone to this place and it never got turned into the company so now I have a $300 bill for a phone I do not have. Not very happy

This is probably the worst Sprint store that Ive ever been in. No one even gave me the standard Sprint greeting welcome to Sprint. One young lady did not even know the number to tech support or customer service.

This store is the worst Sprint store in town to say the least. Ive been a loyal customer of Sprint since 2008. After an hour of waiting we spoke to the manager who was unprofessional and quite mean. We left the store with our problems unresolved. I do not recommend this store at all.

By far the worst Cellular Carrier on this planet. They do nothing but lie to you from the start just to get youre money. And their service and Insurance really are worthless.

I walked into sprint attempting to change providers the staff seemed uninterested in helping or providing information regarding there service. When I asked to see the new iPhone they not only did not have one on display I was told that they were unable to show the phones period. I will not be switching to Sprint.

I called them while standing in the store and it rangot for almost 90seconds and NOONE answered the phone. And after waiting 45 mins to talk to someone they were rude as hell

The people running this store are incompetent and intentionally mislead their customers. They told us two days to get the phones we ordered but failed to mention they would be closed for renovations for half the week.

Well I am Sprint wireless customer and I hate to drive across town get my phone repaired. It sucks not many Sprint stores around close-by me. When is 4g getting here. Other cell phone places sucks. That why I choose sprintpcs.
