My first time at the Airport Store. Alex, Sonny and Erika were extremely helpful. They had alot of patience for someone who did not know alot about certain game systems. I have gone there a few times and have heard them talk to other customers. Their customer service skills in this store and in the Saraland store is fantastic. I visit Saraland more than any and have never had any issues. Your team in these stores are fantastic. Thank you for a job well done. :-)

Bought nothing while here this time. I went in with questions about a system I am thinking of purchasing, and the person who helped me had great pros and cons for what I was looking at, and talked me through some options...all while knowing he did not have the system in his store at that moment. Great customer service that I have grown to expect from my local GameStop was found at this store.

Absolutely worst customer service at this store. I cant count how many times Ive called with a question just to have my call hung up on, it simply not answered.

Man named sunny answers the phone then hung up I called back 3 more times and my calls were then ignored terrible

Phone number just plays an annoying message and then hangs up on you after you press 1.

You just cant give cracker barrel less than four stars

Zero options for affordable Xbox controllers. $80 brand new or $20 for a used one with bad buttons

GameStop is a good place if you like video games and you can even trade games for cash now. If you feel like becoming a person who shops there a lot you can open an account for yourself and earn rewards on what you buy and trade with them. If you preordered certain games you can be given extra things with your game. I really suggest that you try this video games store out and decide if you like it.

My fiance called early in the morning to check if they have the Captain America shield and somebody answered his call. And after like half an hour we came here to the store and they are closed posting a sign that said, Temporarily Closed To Clean and Disinfect. Thank you. -Mgmt. BUT nobody is cleaning. No one is inside the stores even if the lights are on. Terrible.

This Gamestop is the place to go if you like collectables. They have a large selection. Games too. Cant go wrong here for your collectables

I took my son in with his gift card and we couldnt have been made more welcome. The man who dealt with us was funny,informed and not at all pushy...I believe he sells chicken as a side job!Good people, great store!

Visited all gamestops across the south for years and we have an incredible district. Everybody I meet is always personable and many have become long time contacts and friends. This store is no exception, keep up the good work!

Best Gamestop this side of the Mississippi

This is the best store in Mobile for what nots. Hard to get in and out of parking lot though because of traffic. But service is great, selection is great. Wished the one in West Mobile had at least half the stuff that this one does

The guys here helped me so much and they are very nice also the environment is nice for gamers one thing I will say is that the store is a bit close quarters but not to bad

I dont care about gaming, but have made all gaming purchases for my children at GS. The staff is always so helpful and gives great advice and recommendations with a very friendly attitude. Ive been to other GStops and gaming stores and the workers sometimes act bored to help you or annoyed by your questions. This store is always fantastic however!
