I love this place they have some really cute clothes also they have colored contacts not prescribed of course and they work really good and last longer than what they say! Also the staff is very friendly and its actually a very big store bigger than what it looks and they have very very nice face mask theyre Gucci and different name brands theyre only $5 so of course theyre knock-offs but you cant hardly tell!!! They have them in mens and womens and some are unisex I love this store better than the one across the street but I also give that one five stars too!!!!

My first being there today and it was a great experience I brought a lace front wig for 50 dollars and it was a young lady that was in the store installed it they were very nice and very profession I never seen a hair store that has a salon in the back it was a very great experience I Love My Hair 😍 and they have everything u can ever want and need in a hair store and it was very clean from front to back I will be coming here for now on

The owner and her husband is very rude! They have a sale section and the hair was marked $2.99. I went to the counter to make the purchase and the guy said no this is 4.99 instead of 2.99! They wouldn’t sale it to me for 2.99 although that’s the price stamped on it! They said one of the workers “accidentally” put that price on it and they weren’t going to honor the price!Ma’am you snatched them down and hid them behind your back like I wasn’t standing next to you lol! You had a whole row of 4’s with 2.99 on them. I’ll post the pictures for you:)

Couldnt try a wig on first before I buy it so if I spend 40 to 100 on a wig take it home try it on and its ugly and doesnt fit my face im stuck with it people really dont know how long Covid-19 has been here and we have been trying on wigs all last year because nobody knew but U &I beauty has lost a good customer can I take my one star back.

I purchased a wig for over 319 dollars, they charged me to much money for taxes, when I exchanged the wig also they was suppose to install my wig & they did not !! So I purchased the wig for nothing !! The petty owners would not refund me ! I don’t recommend anyone going here !! God is my witness the man is rude af and he has been rude to many of his customers, they feel like they don’t have to change please don’t shop here, trust me it’s better quality cheaper items in mobile !! I was doing things the last minute that’s the only reason I stopped here !!! I got there at 4:30 and waited and at 7 then they informed me they couldn’t do it, by this time everything else was closed !! Don’t shop period !!

I purchased a 250.00 wig. It was beautiful at first but after I washed it, it turned to a wig from hell. I even purchased the products that was recommended from the store and it did not make a difference. I was stuck within way to do my hair since I was going natural. I am very disappointed and don’t not recommend buying a real wig from this place. I wish I could upload a pic after the wig was washed.

OMG. The stylists are awesome. They work together good. The owners are pretty helpful too but the stylists are really the show stopper. Great prices!!. I went in looking for 1human hair lace from wig but left with 2. And on top of it all I was able to get my hair braided down, the wig plucked, and styled on the spot. They really hooked a sista up. I recommend! recommend! recommend!

The “ladies” who are working in the front of the store makes you feel very uncomfortable. It shouldn’t be that way when you’re a “PAYING” customer. Management should work on their associates customer service skills instead of having them follow people around.

The lady owner has a bad habit of accusing certain ethnic groups of mishandling wigs. I bought a human hair wig that lasted less than a month. I told the lady who partners with her husband that the wig was tangling up in weeks. She accused me of not brushing it and became rude. I didnt ask for my money back I just wanted it fixed. After she washed it a day later it was tangled. I believe it was the vendor or suppliers who they ordered the wig from. Apparently, the lady doesnt believe in bad vendors but accuses customers. Be careful when purchasing human hair wigs from this place!👎

The two girls in the back helping with the wigs were great I would give this store 5 stars off of them alone. The one star is because I was followed down each row while I was shopping by and older woman after the 6th row I just handed them their merchandise back I won’t support this type of business
