Great place for all your nail supply needs

Just tried to price LED lamps for gel nails & the lady who answered the call, flat out asked me if I had a license. Yes maam, I do ..... Well, I cant tell u until I see u have a license. 😠 I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. The business attitude is just beyond stupid.

0/10. Entered into the shop with my licensed nail tech to pick out a color to match an item. I was then rudely told that I was not allowed in the store although my nail technician provided her license.

Wonderful place to buy supplies. owner is a wonderful person, very helpful 2ith reasonable prices .

I am a instructor and I took my students by to sign up to purchase supplies. She first told us she could only have 2 people in the store at a time. So me and a student come in. Then she allows in 3 other ppl that were of the same race as her and proceeded to speak to them in her language. Also one of the people was a lil child that was running around the store with a basket in his hands screaming Mom. Now my grown women, who are students had to stand outside but they were allowed in. I have spent a lot of money with her over the year and this was unacceptable. Every other supply store we went into we were all allowed to enter. I asked if I could come in with to groups to help them shop and she told me no. I cant help but feel as if this was a race issue. No more of my business and I will not refer my students to her place of business either

Troi oiii. The owner is very rude and impolite toward her customers. She literally does not greet her customers. I notice she has the worst customer service ever. I think she need to close her business down. People here trying to support local business and this how this lady running her show. Thats bad business. She needs to read a book or learn how to operate a business if she want to keep her business open. If it werent for customers supporting your business, lady Im telling ya, you wont last long. Guaranteed that! Need improvement on your customers service.

The management was very friendly to my mother and me. She made sure we found what we needed and had decent prices compared to other places we have visited before. The store has a large selection and was very clean/organized.

Owner was the most rudest person I have ever met! If I could give her professionalism a rating it would be in the NEGATIVE. She wasnt welcoming and even told me to you dont have to buy Who in their right mind would say that to a customer?!? Im surprise she is still in business.. Save your time, money and energy. Take your business to a more welcoming and helpful shop.

I wish I could rate this place a 0!!!! These people here are so racist!!!!!!!! Please do not shop here!!!!!!. They refused to service me and my classmates (Cosmetologists) because we dont have a licenses (just not yet) but let our other friend which is (Vietnamese) still shop and she doesnt have a licenses neither!!! She got an attitude with all of us. This is exactly what came out her mouth. SHE SAID I DONT WANT YOU PEOPLE in the nail shop. We was fierce!!!!!😡😡😡😡.I have NEVER experience nothing like this in my life!!! Please take your money elsewhere. This is not a place you would want to patronize.

If i could rate this place a zero i would. I came with my step mom who is full Vietnamese and she walked in first but As soon as i walked in she came at me very rude, im guessing cause i look different cause im mixed. She followed me around asking if i had a license and why i walked in there. When my stepmom asked why she was being rude she explained that people had try to come in earlier who looked my race and tried to rob her.I dont believe her i just think shes racist to people who dont look Vietnamese. We also bought a wax machine from her that we used for 2 weeks before if exploded. She claims it did that because we let it get to hot. Then when we asked for a refund she asked us to bring it back so she could fix it. Then when we said we didnt want that brand again, she tried to claim we dropped it. Rude people all around.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here a couple months ago and there were no prices on anything. The woman, owner I am assuming, was extremely rude. However she didnt ask for my license. I forgot it this time and she denied me as a customer. I drove an hour for nothing. Terrible nail supply place, terrible service.

If I could rate this a NEGATIVE I would. The owner was NOT pleasant right when we stepped inside. She kept complaining and yelling at her customers in an unwelcoming tone. She did not show great customer service and was not professional about anything and accused her customers was being rude to her. ATTENTION: DO NOT STEP INSIDE THIS PLACE!!

I got all the items I needed and I all I had to do was show them my cosmotoligy liscence so I could buy the liquids and powders. Their store is cleaner than the other ones Ive been to. When my drill machine is broken, they repair it for me or replace it for me in a cheap price. They have their place organized and neat. It is really big and not very cramp like their old one. Great customer service! They have their shop organize from polishes, to acrylic, wax items, machines, etc. I will come back again to buy from them.

Vy is so kind. She helps you find certain things and tell you what you need to be doing. But you need a cosmetology license to come in. She only sell nail stuff, eyelash, pedicure chairs, etc.

Owner talked about me to the girl at the counter in Vietnamese (as if I couldn’t understand her) saying I don’t need to be in her store cuz I don’t look like I’m going to buy anything. How does one look like they’re not going to buy anything?

This place is horrible, they follow you like if you were going to steal their stuff and they will taxes you if youre not Vietnamese!!!!

Very nasty attitude o bought several items with no complaint until I bought a nail drill that dont work and all I ask is to swap out for another that work but owner refused so I never went back but I did get my money back from the bank,they will never get my business again.Bad customer service experience.

Its great that we can visit and shop with a cute and friendly owner serving attentively and thoughtfully.You can find many personal items here nail related items and more.It is more wonderful here that there are both money transfer and delivery services to Vietnam. I have sent many times and have been very reliable my belongings have never been damaged or lost.I received many coupons for shipping to Vietnam and the owner was very enthusiastic to help and free packaging. 🤪🤪🤪I also get extra drinks and small personal gifts when shopping here at very good prices.I will come back here many more times. 🌹🌹🌸🌸🌸
