One of my favorite places to shop, absolutely love all of their products including vanilla bean Noel and fresh cut lilacs. Hope they dont discontinue either one.

If you need any type of bath products this a perfect place to go they have all kinds of sense lotions and oils that you can use. They have aromatherapy type items they have air fresheners the people in there are very friendly and helpful. And twice a year they have great sales after Christmas and in July they have a lot of different items marked down the price that you can’t say no to. I’ve given different bath oils and soaps to people for Christmas and other gift times and I’ve never heard one person complain yet

Always find so many things that I like.. and the lotion deals are always there so it is always nice to find my favorites and maybe even a new one or two. The night lights are super nice and the smells that you can use with them are awesome we got a few refills as well.

Employees are so friendly and you can find a variety of scents here. Everything is so neat and smells good. You can try stuff here before you buy it.

Love, love, love this place! There was a line to get into the store but wasnt that long when I was there. Great customer service and so many awesome products! If you havent tried their candles, youre missing out!

Whats not to love about this store? All of your smell good needs in one place! Hand soaps, lotions, body spray, body wash, candles, and wallflowers (plug in scent diffusers). Large variety of scents. From kid favorites to husband approved manly scents. Shopping is easy here for the whole family.

The store personnel were very helpful!! They are willing to drop everything just to help you with whatever you need. Also, Im glad that I talked to one of the associates, because she helped me save even more money on the stuff that were already offering savings! Shopping trip was a success

This place is almost always organized and full of fragrance. The customer service is amazing and the workers are doing their jobs with keeping things organized and stocked. Its nicely decorated, easy on the eyes. The prices are moderate while the merchandise is so nice and lovely to smell.

Great buys! All of the fragrances smell great. I love the mens scents as well. The wallflower high intensity is the best.

This store doesnt participate in sales advertising in emails. Drove 45 minutes for nothing. Manager is very rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

I love this store! They usually have everything I need and more. However, I felt the need to leave this review. Today was $9.95 candles and I went to this location. Of course, I was wearing a mask. The line outside of the store was long but there was tape on the floor for social distancing. For as long as I waited in line to even get into the store, I expected only 2-4 people in the store at one time. There was zero compliance of social distancing once I entered the store. They let too many people in at one time and people were less than a foot in my space. Since the coronavirus is on the rise, I would expect this corporation to have better protocols into place to ensure their customers safety. Safety was not a priority and Bath & Body Works has forever lost my respect and business. I live with people who have health conditions and I hope my mask was enough to protect me with the amount of people I was around in that store without proper social distancing. I will be calling corporate in hope to shed some light. People are dying in the hospital and I expected Bath & Body Works to take it more seriously. All the employees at this location are excellent, though. It is not their fault. I think this is either a management issue but most likely a corporate issue. I hope they can find ways to make shopping in store safer or simply close it down.

Always a sale and new scents galore. I cant go in this place without spending at least $200 and coming out with SO many great items.

Lines are long to get in at the moment but the line moves pretty fast. Place is clean and they spray you with hand sanitizer before you go in to make sure the store is as safe as possible

They have a lot of really good stuff good selection although my opinion is the prices are pretty high for that type of product. Great friendly staff very helpful. One particular a little heavyset Colored Lady went out of her way to help us and make sure we got everything we needed. If I knew her name I would mention it but I would like to say thank you to her.

Love the deals. And the Gingham scent is amazing. They have the actual perfume not the mist for $7 and with the discount, I ended up spending $16.50 for 3 bottles.

Love this particular b&body works!! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Love the way the store is set up and they have testers for everything so I know what Im getting. Ill be back to shop!

Always in store at least once a month to purchase a variety of items. Always the very nicest clerks, not the case this sunday morning...very rude cashier.

I went on the $8.95 candle day and the lotion day and this location was well stocked clean and handled the crazy mob and craziness with great professionalism. They were prepared and controlled a situation which could have easily gone out of control. My daughter and I found what we wanted and were through their checkout lanes quickly and efficiently.

Crappy service. Long lines. A rude cashier that wanted to prove a point. I will not be shopping there anymore. I waited at least 30 minutes and left without items I planned to purchase. I was extremely patient. I work with the public also. And I go above and beyond for people.

Very low supply and horrible holiday service. The method they use to direct traffic to the register during the holiday rush is deplorable!! How do 3 people in the line beside you all get assisted before you and they were all behind you in the original line?? Going to Eastern Shore or Outlet in Gulfport instead. Better selection and services!!
